The status quo

External ordinary walls are made of expanded clay concrete panels 340 mm thick, end walls - 400 mm; internal walls - from reinforced concrete panels 140 mm thick, stairwell walls - 300 mm. The outer protective and decorative layer of wall panels is made of small-sized ceramic tiles. The plinth is lined with ceramic tiles and painted. Reinforced concrete ceilings, from prefabricated solid panels per room with a thickness of 140 mm. The windows are made of wooden blocks with double glazing and separate sashes, in some apartments there are windows made of polyvinyl chloride profiles with double-glazed windows, sills are made of galvanized steel. Design solutions: withThe existing layout of the residential premises is preserved. To restore the operational parameters of the building, design proposals provide for: arrangement in the technical underground of the premises for the ACU; replacement of entrance doors to entrances with metal, insulated, with closers; replacement of doors to the garbage chambers and the basement with metal, insulated, fireproof ones; installation of a metal, fire-prevention door in the premises of the ACU; 100% repair of facades and plinth; repair the floors of the technical underground in accordance with the TZK; repair of pits, entrances to the basement, entrance groups, see section KR.

Constructive decisions

The project for the renovation of the building of an apartment building was developed on the basis of the terms of reference for the design within the framework of the contract and technical report. The existing building is a 9-storey residential panel building, built in 1968 according to a standard project of the II-49 series. Exterior walls made of expanded clay concrete panels, 340 mm thick (front) and 400 mm (end). Internal supports made of reinforced concrete panels, 140 mm thick. The internal transverse walls (stairwells) are reinforced concrete, 300 mm thick. Coating of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs grades "PPs" and "PP" for prefabricated reinforced concrete beams of trapezoidal section, (overlap above the 9th floor). Attic ceiling Reinforced concrete ceiling of prefabricated solid reinforced concrete panels per room, 140 mm thick. Insulation - vapor barrier - 1 layer, cement fiberboard, t = l50mm, cement-sand screed, t=30 mm. Roofing made of 3 layers of roofing material on bituminous mastic, was replaced in 2005. There are air vents in the attic level. 200x440 mm. Drainage - internal organized. The fence is metal. Exit to the roof and to the attic is carried out through insulated wooden hatches. 1000x1000 mm and doors sec. 1050x1050 mm. Wooden window sashes with separate sashes. In some apartments, window blocks made of PVC profiles with double-glazed windows are installed. Entrance doors are metal. The project provides: replacement of tiles on the porches of the entrances to the entrances (45 m2); - the device of gratings for wiping shoes (6 pcs); repair of canopies of entrances to entrances (6 pieces); repair of the basement floor with cement-sand mortar grade Ml50 with iron (100%, 1310.19 m2, 26.2 mXNUMX); sealing holes in floor slabs after laying utilities.
