General information.
The building is 16-storey, 1-entrance, of complex shape in plan, with a basement and a walk-through cold attic room. The building was built in 1975. project series 1 MG-601. Description of the load-bearing elements of the building: external walls - three-layer reinforced concrete panels, internal supports - reinforced concrete panels, stairs - two-flight, from precast concrete marches and platforms, above the basement - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels the size of a room, interfloor - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels the size of a room, attic - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, roof-combined, ventilated, with internal drainage, covering - a rolled carpet of 3 layers of roofing material. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding elements of the facade: loggias - made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, based on transverse walls, with rigid pinching on three sides.
