The existing block building of the kindergarten was built in 1979 according to the standard project VI-44 with a technical underground under the entire building, without an attic. The kindergarten is an H-shaped building with a height of two floors. The degree of fire resistance of the building is I. The outer walls of the building are large-sized expanded clay concrete blocks and panels, 400-500 mm thick. Foundation walls - FBS blocks, brick. The internal walls of the building are claydite-concrete panels and blocks 360 mm thick, with factory-made ventilation ducts. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs with round voids with ends sealed at the factory. Partitions - gypsum concrete, brick. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete platforms and marches. The roof is operated, with an internal organized drain and a roll covering. The height of the floors is 3,3 m. 

 Architectural and planning solutions

The design solutions provide for a major overhaul of the kindergarten building with redevelopment in accordance with the technological task, compliance with the requirements for ensuring sanitary and epidemiological standards and fire safety, ensuring accessibility of premises for people with limited mobility, replacing doorways, insulating facades, replacing utilities. Insolation and illumination of the kindergarten comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards. Based on technological solutions, the kindergarten is designed for 8 groups of 20 children, with a total occupancy of 160 children and 36 attendants, incl. 8 educators, 8 assistant educators. For the mark 0,000 - the existing mark of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 123-FZ (Article 32), we accept the class for the functional fire hazard of non-residential premises - F 1.1 (children's preschool institutions). The fire resistance limits of enclosing and load-bearing structures are adopted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 123-FZ. The existing reinforced concrete multi-hollow floors, with a plaster thickness of not more than 20 mm, correspond to the fire resistance limit REI 60. Based on the technical specifications of the Customer, access for people with limited mobility to the building is provided on the first floor - mobility groups M1-M4, on the second floor - mobility groups M1-M3. In this regard, a ramp was designed from the side of the courtyard facade of the building in axes 5-6 / A-G, to ensure accessibility to the building for people with limited mobility. In axes 4-5 / G-D, on the ground floor, a bathroom is arranged that is accessible to people with limited mobility and meets the standards. The design solutions provide for finishing works in all premises to ensure compliance with the requirements of fire prevention and sanitary and epidemiological standards. The used finishing materials must be made of environmentally friendly materials and meet fire safety requirements. All materials used must have safety certificates. The design solutions provide for the redevelopment of the premises of the kindergarten building to ensure the convenience of the functional accessibility of groups of premises divided by technology. The design solutions for the overhaul of the kindergarten provide for the redevelopment and reorganization of the premises, in accordance with the sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety standards for preschool educational institutions. Based on technological solutions, the following is provided: 

  • dismantling of existing partitions;
  • expansion of internal and external evacuation doorways up to 1,2 m;
  • arrangement of emergency exits from the gaming rooms on the first and second floors of the building in axes 2/A-B, 9/A-B, 13/A-B, 2/I-K, 13/I-K directly to the outside.
  • installation of new brick partitions (120 mm thick) in accordance with the album "Technological Solutions" on the first and second floors of the building;
  • arrangement of organized drainage and drainage system;
  • installation of a blind area with the restoration of waterproofing at the junction with the outer wall of the building;
  • replacement of structures of evacuation porches with the installation of canopies that are in unsatisfactory condition;
  • ramp arrangement in axes 5-/A-G;
  • replacement of external door blocks with insulated ones;
  • arrangement of internal door blocks;
  • dismantling of interior decoration;
  • arrangement of interior decoration of interiors in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises;
  • arrangement of washbasin blocks and bathrooms, see the section "Water supply and sanitation";
  • arrangement of a catering area with utility rooms in axes 3-5/G-Z on the ground floor;
  • arrangement of floor construction in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises;
  • installation of a water heating system and general exchange supply and exhaust ventilation, incl. warm floors in the playrooms on the ground floor;
  • repair and insulation of the facades of the building with a device for plastering and subsequent painting of the facades of the building.

The installation of partitions made of bricks, 120 mm thick, by design solutions was made in accordance with the album "Technological Solutions", as well as for the corresponding fire resistance limit of walls and partitions of storage and storage rooms. The load-bearing structures of the building are not affected by design decisions. In the building of the kindergarten, evacuation from each floor is provided for by the existing staircases of the L1 type, located in the axes 1-2 / V-D, 7-9 / V-D, 13-14 / V-D. These stairs have direct access to the street. The width of flights of stairs and landings in stairwells is at least 1,34 m. The walls of the stairwells are made of expanded clay concrete blocks and panels, 360 mm thick, with a fire resistance rating of at least REI 120. At least two dispersed evacuation exits to two stairwells or directly to the street are provided from each group cell. The width of all corridors is assumed to be at least 1,35 m. The opening of all doors is accepted in the course of evacuation. In the auxiliary, technical rooms, switchboard, boiler room, fire doors with a fire resistance limit of EI30 are designed. These rooms have fire walls and ceilings. Finishing of the premises is provided for: Floors: in bathrooms, utility rooms, pantries, technical rooms, electrical room, security room, medical unit, with the exception of the medical office - ceramic anti-slip tiles on adhesive mixtures along the waterproofing layer; in the corridor, vestibules, on stairwells - porcelain stoneware on adhesive mixtures; in administrative offices - laminate, class not lower than 33; in the music hall - piece parquet on glue; in the gym - a sports PVC floor covering on a foam basis with glue; in group cells - bedrooms, playrooms - laminate, class not lower than 33; in group cells - locker rooms, a medical office - wear-resistant linoleum on an insulated base. Walls: in bathrooms, utility rooms of the catering unit, medical unit, laundry room - ceramic wall tiles on adhesive mixtures to a height of 1,5 and 1,8 m, respectively, above 1,5 m - plastering followed by painting with water-based paint suitable for disinfectant treatment ; in the premises of group cells, music and sports halls, utility and technical rooms, corridors, storerooms, catering rooms, boiler room, switchboard, stairwells - plastering followed by painting with water-based paint suitable for disinfectant treatment; in administrative offices - glass wallpaper with subsequent coloring. Ceilings: in bathrooms - metal rack ceiling; in the premises of group cells, a gym, utility and technical rooms, corridors, storerooms, catering rooms, a boiler room, an electrical switchboard, stairwells - painting with water-based paint suitable for processing with disinfectants; in the corridor of the first floor, in the offices - suspended ceiling on a metal frame of the Armstrong type; in the music hall - a suspended multi-level ceiling on a metal frame with plasterboard filing. The building and finishing materials used must comply with the regulatory requirements for the degree of fire and explosion hazard analogues of the designed object, space-planning solutions are made taking into account fire safety requirements. Water-based paint for painting rooms must withstand daily wet cleaning, at least 5000 cycles. Degree of gloss - opaque, with high covering power.

 Constructive decisions

 In the KR section, separate structures (ramps, canopies, etc.) and repair work (sealing, etc.) for the building were developed. Checking the overall strength and stability of the building's load-bearing structures, as well as checking the bearing capacity of foundations and foundation soils, was not carried out. The name and bindings of the work performed under the KR section are shown on the building plans. Scope of work for the section CR. Dismantling works: dismantling of steel evacuation stairs from the first floor; dismantling of steel evacuation external stairs from the second floor; dismantling of existing reinforced concrete porches; dismantling of the existing steel canopies above the porches; Repair work: restoration of the protective layer of floor slabs and coatings; basement waterproofing in axes 13-14 / A-K; sealing rustication of floor slabs and coatings; repair work on the facade; sealing holes and repairing cracks in floor and roof slabs; repair of stairs; Arrangement of new building structures: arrangement of stairs and fencing on the roof; installation of new evacuation external stairs from the first and second floors; ramp device; arrangement of new and expansion of existing openings; arrangement of new porches and canopies above them; arrangement of an external ventilation shaft; installation of a retaining wall and terraces (5 pieces) on the territory of the kindergarten.
