The building of the kindergarten was built according to the standard project 212-1-328.85. The building of the kindergarten has two floors. Overall dimensions in axes are 12,67x50,87 m, the height of the room is 3 m on the first floor, 3 m on the second floor. Access to the building is from the side of the main facade and from the courtyard. The building is made according to a frameless structural scheme with load-bearing walls and prefabricated reinforced concrete floors. The foundations of the building are existing strip, prefabricated, made of concrete blocks, on a natural foundation, the laying depth is 1,80 m from the ground surface. Bearing and self-supporting walls are existing, made of bricks on a cement-sand mortar. The masonry is made with a thickness of 640 and 400 mm. The floor and roof of the building are existing, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs of the PK grade according to series 1.141-1, with a span of 6 meters. Plate thickness 220 mm. The voids are round, longitudinally oriented, with a diameter of 159 mm. Plates are designed to be supported on two sides. Permissible load on the coating 6,0-8,0 kN/m2. The building is heated. Windows with sashes made of PVC profiles. The internal doors of the premises are made of wood according to GOST 6629-88. External doors are made of PVC profiles according to GOST 30970-2002.
