The building is designed for 6 groups, 140 children. The maximum height of the building from the level of passage of fire trucks to the bottom of the opening opening of the upper floor is 4,65 m, to the roof eaves - 7,5 m. The level of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor of the designed building is taken as a relative mark of 1, which corresponds to an absolute mark of 100,6. The existing load-bearing walls are made of silicate brick grade SUR-150/15 GOST 379-95 on cement-sand mortar M50. Wall insulation Rockwool Facade Butts. Finishing of a facade decorative plaster Senarzhi Bark beetle for facades. Partitions are made of solid silicate brick M100 on cement-sand M75 solution. The roof is flat. Roof covering - see l8.l.9. Along the perimeter of the outer walls of the building, make an asphalt pavement 1 m wide with a slope of 0,03 from the building along a crushed stone base 100 mm thick, rammed into the ground. The planning structure of the kindergarten uses the principle of group isolation: each age group of children has a separate group cell. The corridor system connects group cells with specialized and associated rooms. Specialized premises are intended for classes with children: halls for music and sports activities, a winter garden. The accompanying premises include a medical unit, a catering unit, as well as service and amenity premises for staff. On the first floor of the building, group cells for toddlers are designed: 1 toddler group (1-2 years old); 1 group of toddlers (2-3 years). On the second floor there are group cells for children of older age groups: 1 younger group (3-4 years old); 1 group of middle age (4-5 years); 1 older group (5-6 years old); 1 group of preparatory age (6-7 years). The structure of the group cell includes: dressing room, group (game), bedroom, washing, toilet. Each group cell has a separate entrance, communication with the second floor is carried out through internal stairs located in each of the conditional blocks of the building. The windows are designed with a tilt-and-turn opening system. Toilets for infants and young children are designed in the same room; in older groups, children's toilets are equipped with lockable cubicles without constipation. The size of the cabin is 1,0x0,75, the height of the fence of the cabins is 1,2 m (from the floor), not reaching the floor level by 0,15 m. For children, there are specialized rooms on the ground floor - a hall for sports; on the second floor - a hall for music lessons and a winter garden. The accompanying group of premises includes a medical unit, a catering unit, and a laundry room. The medical block is located on the 1st floor, has a separate exit to the street, as well as an entrance from the corridor. The premises for laundry and ironing, receiving dirty linen and issuing clean linen are designed on the ground floor. The catering unit is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance for loading products. The catering unit includes a hot shop, a cold shop, a meat and fish shop, a vegetable shop, a primary vegetable processing shop, a vegetable pantry, a dry food pantry, a perishable food pantry, and washing facilities.
