General information.

The building of the kindergarten was built according to the standard project 2C-04-3/71. The long side of the building is oriented from north to east. The kindergarten building is 2-storey with a technical underground. The planned dimensions of the above-ground part of the building are 36,61 x 43,53 m. The planned dimensions of the technical underground are 14,88 x 6,43 m. The height of the building from the planning level at the main entrance to the roof of the superstructure for access to the roof is 9,1 m. Height 1-2 floors 3,3 m (from floor to floor). The height of the technical underground: from the floor to reinforced concrete floor slabs 2,1 m. A grid of coordination axes was used to describe the above-ground part of the building. The scheme of the building is presented in Appendix 1. For the relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the floor of the 1st floor is taken. For the entrance to the building, the following are provided: a front porch with an entrance vestibule from the front facade along axis 1, in the axes G-D; courtyard porch from the courtyard facade along axis D, in axes 4-5; emergency exit from the end facade along axis 1, in axes B-C. Structurally, the building is made of a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with columns with a section of 0,35 x 0,25 m, installed with a step of 3,0 m in the longitudinal direction and with a step of 5,81 - 5,85 m in the transverse direction.
