Concrete blocks - ordinary with dressing of seams. Finishing of the plinth - plaster on the grid, followed by painting. Windows - PVC windows profile GOST 30674-99 filled with two-chamber (triple glazing) double-glazed windows GOST 24866-99, equipped with a fanlight mechanism with a heat transfer resistance of at least 0,55 m2 × ° C / W. On the windows of the 1st floor, in order to preserve the items of property, metal swing bars with a lock are provided on the outside. Entrance doors - metal insulated with a protective and decorative paintwork. All external door blocks, including the main ones in the entrance groups, are equipped with door closers, handles and locks. The dimensions of the house in terms of 35,52x17,92; the dimensions of the house in the axes are 34,5x16,9 m. The height of the ground floors is 2,88 m.
