General information.

Kindergarten - 3-storey building with a basement, made according to the standard project VI-70 (I-1194). At the moment, a kindergarten with a basement floor is fully erected. The shape of the building in plan is close to rectangular. The configuration of the kindergarten building is set by the configuration of the allotted land. The overall dimensions of the building as a whole are 42,60 x18,60 m. The number of floors is 3 above ground and a technical underground. The elevation of the highest point is +13,55 m relative to the top of the floor slab above the technical underground. Floor heights (from floor to ceiling): technical underground -2,09 m; 1st floor - 3,00m; 2nd floor - 3,00 m; 3rd floor - 3,00 m. For the mark 0.000, the mark of the top of the floor slab above the technical underground is taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of -172,40 m (according to the Baltic system of heights). Degree of fire resistance - I. Responsibility class - I. Constructive fire hazard class - С0. Class of functional fire hazard of the building - F 1.1. The walls of the existing building are panel. Existing external walls of the building - reinforced concrete panels 350m, 400mm, 500mm thick. The foundations for the internal and external walls are prefabricated reinforced concrete piles with a monolithic grillage. The foundation for the attached part of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab 400 mm thick made of concrete B25, ^6, P100. Reinforcement of the foundation slab is taken in the form of separate rods. The bottom and verst main reinforcement is adopted about 12mm A500S in both directions with a step of 200mm. Additional reinforcement of the lower zone of the foundation slab is taken from reinforcement of class A500C with a diameter of 16 mm with a step of 200 mm. Internal load-bearing panels - 140 mm thick, have support brackets under the ceiling for supporting floor slabs and roofing. The fire resistance limit of the panels is more than 90 minutes. For the walls of the building, plastering on a grid with a layer thickness of 30 mm is provided - which, according to clause 12.4 of STO 36554501-006-2006 (Rules for ensuring fire resistance and fire safety of reinforced concrete structures), will increase the fire resistance limit to 150 min.
