The height from the ground to the top of the parapet is 12,15 m. The height of the floor is 3,3 m. The height of the basement is 3,3 m; The preschool educational institution includes the following functional groups of premises: group cells - isolated autonomous rooms used by only one group - 12 pieces: 4 - for nursery groups with a capacity of 15 children on the first floor, 4 - for groups with a capacity of 20 children on the second floor, and 4 - for groups with a capacity of 20 children on third floor; premises provided for classes - halls for music and gymnastic classes, a children's health pool, universal club rooms; specialized premises - a medical unit, a catering unit, a laundry room; office and amenity premises for staff - the manager's office, the supply manager's room, the methodological office, staff rooms, dressing rooms, bathrooms, utility pantries, women's personal hygiene room, security room. technical premises - ITP, water metering unit, temporary storage room for fluorescent lamps, supply ventilation chamber, pool water treatment room, cable room, electrical panel room. The main premises of the preschool educational institution are located on the ground floors. Group rooms for toddlers are designed on the ground floor and have independent entrances from the site, ramps are provided at the entrances. The preschool educational institution provides for two halls - for music and gymnastic classes with an area of ​​100,93 m2 and 101,61 m2, respectively, per group (15-20 people). The building of the preschool educational institution provides for a children's health pool for children under 7 years old. The pool bath is designed with dimensions of 3x7 meters. The complex of changing rooms at the swimming pool of the preschool educational institution is provided separately for boys and girls. The project documentation provides for a nurse's room, a water analysis laboratory, a trainer's room and an inventory room with direct access to the pool hall. Ancillary facilities are provided for the pool staff, incl. outerwear wardrobe. Technical rooms are designed in the basement: ITP, water metering unit, ventilation chamber, pool water treatment room, cable. Also located in the basement: a room for temporary storage of fluorescent lamps, laundry, ironing, repair shop. In the building of the preschool educational institution, 3 staircases of the L1 type and 3 lifts with a load capacity of 100 kg were designed. The facades of the building are single-layer panels, insulated with mineral slabs and finished according to the ventilated facade system of the Bolix M type. The basement part of the building is faced with artificial stone of the Melikonpolar type. Over the entrances, visors are provided to protect against precipitation. Peaks - with an external drain, metal, coated with polymer paint. Partitions are designed from brick, aerated concrete blocks, gypsum post-ridge. The premises of the preschool educational institution are finished depending on the purpose of the premises. All finishing materials are certified. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Opening transoms (50% of the total glazing area) are provided in the group rooms and bedrooms. The roof is rolled, with an internal drain. The cover is flat. Access to the roof is provided from the stairwells. The project documentation provides for measures to prevent criminal manifestations, including a security room and access control; it also provides for the installation of a metal fence of the territory of the preschool educational institution with a height of at least 1,6 meters. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure MGN access to the 1st floor of the building: ramps are provided for lifting to the level of the first floor, anti-slip coating on the paths of the disabled, the first floor is designed without height differences. All MGN movement paths are equipped with systems that provide timely submission of information about the danger in extreme situations.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The 1-2-3-story preschool building was designed in a bracing frame of the 1.022 KL-2 series from standard prefabricated prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 4040cm. Crossbars - prefabricated reinforced concrete, tee section, 45 cm high, 6,0 m span and 60 cm high, 7,2 m and 9,0 m span. Stiffness diaphragms - prefabricated reinforced concrete 140 mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - from prefabricated reinforced concrete bonded solid slabs and ordinary hollow flooring 220 mm thick. Overlap above the pool area - flat slabs-spacers 220 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B20, W6, F100) 260 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation. External walls - self-supporting single-layer wall panels 120 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation 150 mm thick and finished according to the Bolix M system. Rigidity, stability and geometric immutability of the building are provided by rigid pinching of columns in the foundation, joint work of frames and stiffening diaphragms, hard disks of floors and roofing. The rigidity of the disk of floors and roofing is ensured by the installation of spacer plates along the axes of the columns, which have a welded connection with crossbars. Pools - a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of B25, W8 concrete (bottom thickness - 200 - 400 mm along beams with a section of 300500 (h) mm, wall thickness - 200 mm) on racks with a section of 300 × 300 mm. The project documentation provides for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete bulk molding. Partitions in the area of ​​stairwells walls of elevator shafts - brick, 250 mm thick. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +15,500. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the Lira 9.6 software package. The foundations are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick made of concrete B20, W6, F100. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm. The foundations are based on light silty, weathered, hard EGE-2 loams (e = 0.634, IL = -0.10, E = 170 kg/cm2). The expected draft of the building is 5,0 cm. In July 2011, specialists of the State Institution "Center for Expert and Technical Support" carried out a survey of the surrounding buildings: residential building No. 35, bldg. 3 on the street. Oleko Dundich and the buildings of the TP. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected, as the distance to the nearest building (16.85 m) exceeds the depth of the compressible layer (6,9 m).
