Architectural and space-planning solutions

A pre-school educational institution (DOE) is designed in the northern part of the construction site. The main facade of the building is oriented directly to the territory of the preschool educational institution, which is part of the residential complex. The building of the preschool educational institution is designed as a free-standing, three-story building in a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame made of products manufactured by OAO PO Barrikada. The building was designed with a complex, cruciform configuration, with a basement, without an attic, with the main dimensions in the axes 40,2x42,0 (m). The height of the building from ground level to the top of the parapet is 12,13 m. The height of the premises of 1-3 floors in cleanliness is 3,03 m. The mark of the floor of the first floor, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 0,000, is taken as 57.90. The pre-school educational institution is provided for 8 groups of different ages and is designed for 155 children. Group cells are designed in the western and eastern parts of the building on the 1st floor and in the southern, western and eastern parts on the 2nd and 3rd floors. In the northern part and the southern part of the building on the 1st floor and in the northern part of the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors, specialized, auxiliary, utility and engineering premises were designed. For communication between floors, evacuation stairs are provided in the L1 type stairwells and one external metal evacuation staircase. Three cargo lifts with a carrying capacity of 100 kg were designed for lifting food and linen. In the basement floor, there are laundry rooms, a maintenance workshop, as well as technical rooms (ITP, cable, water metering unit, pool technical room, temporary storage room for fluorescent lamps). On the first floor of the building, 2 group cells, a pool block with a 3x7 meter bath, a catering unit and medical facilities are designed. On the second floor, in addition to 3 group cells, a hall for gymnastic classes, a hall for music lessons, universal club rooms and administrative rooms have been designed. On the third floor there are 3 group cells, a hall for music classes, universal club rooms and administration rooms. In each group cell, a dressing room, pantry, playroom, bedroom and toilet are designed. From each group cell, two exits to the outside are designed through a corridor and a staircase. External walls - from three-layer reinforced concrete panels painted with facade paints. The plinth is faced with porcelain stoneware. Doors - metal, wooden deaf and glazed. Windows - metal-plastic, with single-stone double-glazed windows. The roof is rolled. The cover is flat. The drain is internal. Canopies above the entrances are made of metal profile and polycarbonate on a galvanized metal frame with a polymer coating. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the facility for people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. In places where sidewalks intersect with a carriageway or other sidewalk, a side stone is lowered. Designed normative longitudinal and transverse slopes on the paths of pedestrian traffic. For MGN access to the first floor of the preschool educational institution, a ramp with a fence was designed. The surface of ramps, porches and corridors is provided with non-slip materials.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Responsibility level – II, normal. The building of the preschool educational institution was designed in a bracing frame of the 1.022 KL-2 series from standard prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, prefabricated by OAO PO Barrikada. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete section 4040 cm. Crossbars - prefabricated reinforced concrete tee sections with a height of 45 cm with a span of 6,0 m and a height of 60 cm with a span of 9,0 m. Stiffness diaphragms - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 140 mm. Ceilings and roofing - from prefabricated reinforced concrete bonded solid slabs and ordinary slabs with a thickness of 220 mm. The ceiling above the pool area is solid bonded slabs. External walls - self-supporting reinforced concrete three-layer wall panels 400 mm thick, resting on foundation beams and fastening in a horizontal direction to the floor disks. Rigidity, stability and geometric immutability of the building is ensured by rigid pinching of columns in the foundation, joint work of frames and stiffening diaphragms, rigid prefabricated monolithic disks of floors and roofs. The rigidity of the disk of floors and roofing is ensured by the installation of spacer plates along the axes of the columns, which have a welded connection with crossbars. The pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W8 (bottom thickness 200-400 mm along beams 300500 (h) mm, wall thickness 200 mm) on racks 300 × 300 mm. The project documentation provides for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. The walls of the elevator shaft are brick, 250 mm thick, made of hollow brick M125 on mortar M50. Internal stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches-platforms. External stairs - steel. The design of the external steel staircase, designed to climb to the roof of a one-story part of the building, is based on free-standing foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The structure of the external steel staircase from the level of the second floor is based on the roof structure of the one-story part of the building. To support the load-bearing elements of the stairs, distribution beams are provided at the roof level. The rigidity and stability of the structures of external steel stairs is provided by longitudinal ties in the form of stringers and rigid junctions of racks and beams of platforms. Calculation of load-bearing structures was performed by OAO PA Barrikada using the LIRA 9.4 software package. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 57.90. The foundations are taken on a natural foundation, columnar glass type for columns made of monolithic reinforced concrete of concrete class B25, W6, F150, and strip foundations for diaphragms and walls of elevator shafts made of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation slabs and foundation concrete blocks. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7,5. Basement floor slab - from monolithic reinforced concrete of concrete class B25, W6, F50 130 mm thick with thickenings up to 310 mm for brick partitions 250 mm thick on sand preparation from medium-grained sand 200 mm thick. In accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are: EGE-4 - dusty yellowish-gray sandy loam with interlayers of sand, plastic; EGE-9 - sands of medium size, brown, dense, saturated with water; EGE-9a - medium-sized brown sands with interlayers of medium-density loam, wet; EGE-10 - coarse brown dense wet and saturated sands; The expected settlement of foundations is 3,3÷ 3,8 cm, the difference in settlement is 0.0007. Structures of porches, ramps and pits are monolithic reinforced concrete, made of concrete B25, W6, F150. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, coating waterproofing of the surfaces of concrete structures in contact with the ground is provided.
