Architectural solutions.

The object under design is a detached two-story building with a basement, designed to accommodate a kindergarten for 280 children. The spatial composition of the building is dictated by its purpose - the kindergarten building has a clear planning structure and functional zoning according to technological flows. The purpose, the number of groups of premises of the main and necessary accompanying ones are determined by the project in accordance with the design assignment, technological features of the functioning of this type of structure and the requirements of regulatory documents. The designed kindergarten is a preschool educational organization (PEO) of a general developmental orientation, the length of stay is a full day (10,5-12,0 hour stay) five days a week. The total estimated number of places is 280, the number of groups is 12, of which by age: - young children (from 2 to 3 years old) - two groups of 20 people; young children (from 3 to 4 years old) - two groups of 24 people; middle-aged children (from 4 to 5 years old) - three groups of 24 people; older children (from 5 to 6 years old) - three groups of 24 people; children of preparatory age (from 6 to 7 years old) - two groups of 24 people. For the implementation of the main general educational program of preschool education, the following set of premises is provided: group cells - isolated premises belonging to each children's group; the group cell includes a dressing room, a group room (for games, classes and meals), a bedroom, a pantry and a toilet, combined with a washroom. In the dressing rooms, wardrobes for children's clothes with drying are installed. Group and sleeping rooms are equipped with furniture corresponding to the height and age of children; additional rooms for classes with children, intended for alternate use by all or several children's groups (a hall for music classes, a hall for physical education, an individual study room, a circle room, a speech therapist's room, a methodological room); related premises (premises for medical purposes, catering, laundry); office space for staff. The planning structure of the kindergarten building follows the principle of group isolation. Group cells for young children have an independent entrance from the site. In this case, in order to maintain the air-thermal regime in the premises of the first floor, the entrances to the building are equipped with double vestibules. The project is adapted for people with limited mobility (in accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 384-FZ dated December 30.12.2009, XNUMX No. "Technical regulations on the safety of buildings and structures"). In this case, the conditions of accessibility, safety, informativeness and convenience for this category of visitors throughout the building are provided.

Constructive decisions.

Description of constructive and technical solutions of the underground part of the capital construction object.

On the basis of engineering and geological surveys, and the existing loads, a pile foundation was adopted in the project. Piles are prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.011-10, issue 1, section 350x350 mm, length 15 m and 13 m, grades C150.35-10 and C130.35-8. Under the columns of the building, a columnar monolithic grillage with dimensions of 1600x1600x500 (h) is adopted, on which a prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation with dimensions of 1200x1200x900 (h), grade F 12.9-2 according to series 1.020-1 / 87 issue 1-1 is installed. Prefabricated foundations are installed on a leveling layer of cement-sand mortar M100. Under the walls of the building, stiffening diaphragms, a grillage tape with a section of 600x500 (h) is adopted. Reinforcement of the columnar grillage was adopted with grids GOST 23279 - 2012, in the upper and lower reinforcement zone, from reinforcement with a diameter of 14 A500C with a step of 200x200 mm. The reinforcement of the tape grillage is made of eight rods (four in the upper and four in the lower reinforcement zone) with a diameter of 14 A500C, connected by clamps from reinforcement with a diameter of 10 A-I (A240), with a step of 200 mm. External walls below el. 0,000 are designed from prefabricated concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78 on cement-sand mortar M100.

Description and justification of constructive solutions for buildings and structures, including their spatial schemes, adopted when performing calculations of building structures.

In the calculations of building structures, the values ​​of loads and their classification are adopted according to SP 20.13330.2016 “Loads and impacts. Updated version of SNiP 2.01.07-85, taking into account the load reliability factors characterizing the possible deviation of loads in an unfavorable direction from their standard values. The reliability factor for loads in determining the design impacts on building structures, as well as the values ​​of maximum deflections and displacements, are taken in accordance with SP 20.13330.2016. Structural calculations were carried out on the basis of combinations of loads: permanent, temporary long-term and short-term loads. The main parameters of the resistance of materials to force influences are the design resistances of materials established by the norms for designing building structures, taking into account control conditions, static variability, and operating conditions. The coefficients of the working conditions and the coefficients of reliability for materials are adopted in accordance with SP 16.13330.2017 and SP 63.13330.2012. Prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structures according to the series 1.020-1/87 of interspecific use for multi-storey public and industrial buildings. The frame of the building series 1.020-1/87 is designed according to the connection scheme with a hinged joint of crossbars with columns. The spatial stability of the building is ensured by a system of vertical abutments in the form of prefabricated reinforced concrete stiffening diaphragms with adjacent tie columns, united by horizontal floor disks.
