Architectural solutions.

The architectural and planning solution provides for three blocks: two blocks with group cells (6 cells each) and a central block with a catering unit, a laundry room and a medical unit on the first floor, El halls for music and sports, administrative and economic part - on the second floor. The kindergarten is designed into 12 groups: two groups of toddlers (one for children up to 1,5 years old; the second - for children from 1,5 to 2 years old); two groups of the first younger age (2-3 years); two groups of the second younger age (3-4 years); two groups of middle age (4-5 years); 2 older groups (5-6 years old); 2 groups of preparatory age (6-7 years). The spatial and planning organization of the kindergarten is a single system consisting of mutually complementary rooms, educational rooms and other premises that allow you to fully carry out activities for the upbringing, education, development and improvement, care and supervision of preschool children. The composition of the premises of the kindergarten is adopted in accordance with SP 118.13330.2012, SanPin 2.4.1.3049-13, taking into account the recommendations of the education department. Constructive decisions.

The design solutions adopted (the choice of materials for the main structural elements, the type of structures) were made in accordance with the design assignment. Building structures of the building are designed on the basis of prefabricated reinforced concrete industrial products of the 1.020.1-1/87 series, intended for use in the construction of multi-storey public buildings. The frame of the building is designed according to the connection scheme with articulated crossbars with columns. The spatial stability of the building is ensured by a system of vertical abutments united by horizontal floor disks. The vertical abutments are bracing panels formed by prefabricated reinforced concrete stiffening diaphragms connected to adjacent columns. Grid of reinforced concrete columns - 60x6,0 m: in stairwells - 60x30 m. Frame columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete square section 400x400 mm. Frame rigidity diaphragms - prefabricated reinforced concrete 140 mm thick according to series 1.020. 1-1 / 87. The location of stiffening diaphragms is taken in accordance with series 1.020. 1-1/87 d. 0-3. The number of rigidity diaphragms installed in one temperature block must be at least three. In this case, the geometric axes of the diaphragms should not intersect at one point. The foundation of the building is piled with a pile length of 7 m. The piles are assembled into a cluster of three piles, united by a grillage measuring 15x15 m with a height of 450 mm (reinforced with steel mesh, on which reinforced concrete cups F12.9-2 are installed according to series 1020-1 / 87, d.1-1.). In places where there is a height difference, monolithic retaining walls are made. Interfloor ceilings and roofing from prefabricated hollow-core slabs according to series 1.041.1-3, d. 6. The outer fencing consists of METTEM multi-layer hinged panels 235 mm thick, allowed according to TU 5284-002-90627429-2012 with a frame made of galvanized steel thermal profiles according to TU 1122-001-90627429-2012 with basalt insulation, with sheathing made of fiber cement and gypsum boards. Wall panels are attached to slabs and crossbars. Panels are faced with ceramic granite tiles. Staircases are enclosed with reinforced concrete stiffness diaphragms according to series 1.020.1-1/87. Plinth panels are made according to the series 1.030.1-1/88, consisting of two parts of the upper and lower panels. In the office, the basement panels are sheathed with insulation. Below the ground level, the Penoplex Foundation insulation is laid according to TU 5767-015-56925804-2011 and the ROCKWOOL FACADE BA TTS TU 5762-005-45757203-99 insulation above the ground level. The basement of the building is finished with ceramic granite tiles. The internal space of the building is divided by brick partitions and GVLV partitions. In wet rooms, partitions should be made of ceramic brick KORPO 1NF/75/2.0/25 GOST 530-2012. Perform brick partitions, rooms without a wet regime, from silicate brick KORPO 1NF/150/2.0/25 GOST 379-2007. Partitions on a steel frame should be used with moisture-resistant GVL with voids filled with ROCKWOOL ACOUSTIC BATTS mineral wool boards, 100 mm thick, with a density of 45 kg / m3. Stairs of the building - prefabricated two-flight series 1.050.1-3. External staircases from the building are made individually - from a brick-space frame with prefabricated reinforced concrete steps, with a steel fence (individual production). The railings of the internal stairs are made of stainless steel. The outer surface of the plinth panels is covered with coating waterproofing - 2 layers of bituminous mastic. The top of the plinth panels at elev. -0.060 is painted with heat-insulating energy-saving paint "Magniterm" to prevent heat loss. The total thickness of the coating is 4 mm.
