Kindergarten for 330 places of the general developing type is designed as a separate building, block structure (3 blocks), with a technical underground and a cold attic with a pitched roof and an external drain. The building is designed 3-storey. In the attic there are supply and exhaust ventilation chambers. The planning solution and the set of areas of all premises comply with regulatory requirements. The height of the premises from the floor to the bottom of the floor slab and cover is -3.0 meters. The supporting structural scheme of the building consists of a pile foundation with a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage, vertical elements (walls) and horizontal elements of floor slabs and roofing that unite them into a single spatial system. External walls - individual three-layer reinforced concrete panels 380 mm thick. The walls of the entrance vestibules with a thickness of 350 mm are made of ceramic solid bricks of the KR-r-po /250x120x65/1NF/100/2,0/25 brand according to GOST 530-2012 on a cement-sand mortar M50 with external insulation. TECHNOFAS according to TU 5762-010-74182181-2012 with a thickness of 100 mm was adopted as a heater. Internal walls are made individually from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels 200 mm thick. The walls of the elevator shaft with a thickness of 380 mm are made of ceramic solid bricks of the KR-r-po /250x120x65/1 NF/100/2,0/25 brand according to GOST 530-2012 on a cement-sand mortar M50. Partitions - from gypsum tongue-and-groove plates 80 mm thick according to TU 5742-003-05287561-2003. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs in accordance with the series IZH 841, IZH 568-03. The roof is pitched on wooden rafters with an organized drain and flat, combined. TECHNOPLEX brand 35 is used as a heater. Window blocks - made of PVC profile with single-chamber double-glazed windows with a heat-reflecting coating R = 57m750o C / W (0.8M0,58-2-H4) in accordance with GOST 1-16, GOST 4-30674 and the nomenclature sheet of this project; metal fire-fighting firms "Pulse". Internal doors - wooden (trade network) in accordance with GOST 99-23166 are deaf and glazed and are painted with enamel paints. Doors metal (trading network) - firms LLC "Pulse" with a certificate of fire safety. External doors - metal, insulated, glazed; aluminum glazed. Stairs are prefabricated reinforced concrete. Metal railings of stairs made of steel elements C99 GOST6629-88*. Pipes and central heating appliances are painted with oil paints.
