The functional purpose of the DPP is to provide electricity to consumers in the village of Olenek according to the first, second and third categories of power supply reliability. In addition to electrical energy, the DPP generates thermal energy from heat recovery generators D3512 and D3412. The received heat is spent for the own needs of the diesel power plant, the excess heat is given out for heating the return water at the existing boiler house. Individual production processes such as: transportation of diesel fuel (DF) by road to the consumable warehouse; storage of diesel fuel in a consumable warehouse; Ppreparation and issuance of DT; Orelated to hazardous production processes. Appropriate measures have been developed in the design solutions to ensure the reliable and safe operation of these systems and the entire DPP engineering complex, more detailed information is given in the sections: technological solutions; measures to ensure fire safety; measures for civil defense, measures for the prevention of natural and man-made emergencies. The range of manufactured products is electricity in accordance with GOST 13109-97 “Electric energy. The tanks are installed on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with dimensions of 3,4 × 4,1 m, 200 mm thick, with flanges 300 mm high. Soil embankment with reinforced concrete coating. SMDK-100 - tank capacity. 5 m³ underground installation, technological well is supplied from the manufacturer according to the questionnaire (4318-6-IOS7). The tank is installed in a pit, equipped with a wooden frame and covered with dry sand. The size of the log house is 2,64 × 2,51 × 3,23 m (h), deepened to the full height. Fire tanks 2x200 cubic meters with a pumping station. Steel vertical cylindrical tanks with a capacity of 2 × 200 cubic meters. m. are designed to provide the needs of the power plant with a supply of water for extinguishing a fire. The inner diameters of the tanks are 6,63 m, the height of the tank walls is 6,2 m. The tanks are equipped with ladders for servicing. A fence is provided on the roof of the tanks. Tanks - steel, manufactured according to the questionnaire 4318-7-IOS3, insulated and sheathed on the outside with galvanized sheet steel. The pump room is built between the tanks. The distance between the longitudinal walls is 7,6 m.
