Information about the functional purpose of the object, composition and characteristics.

The designed sports and recreation complex is located on the land plot of the municipal inter-settlement cultural institution "Cultural and Methodological Center". This working project provides for the construction on this site: a sports hall; boiler room; networks of power supply, water supply, sewerage, heat supply and communication; diesel power plant; fire tanks; site fencing. The designed sports hall is intended for sports activities of the population of the region, as well as for sports clubs. In the gym it is possible to hold competitions in tennis, volleyball, weightlifting. As part of the sports hall, it was designed: the sports hall itself, an inventory room, a medical office, a wardrobe, a coaching room, a men's locker room, a women's locker room, showers, and bathrooms. On the second floor (on the mezzanine) there is a bar, foyer, stands for spectators for 96 seats, ventilation chambers. The designed boiler house is intended for heat supply and hot water supply of the newly designed sports hall and the existing buildings of the club and library. The projected external networks provide for the connection only of the newly designed building of the sports hall. Connection of existing buildings is carried out according to separate projects. The designed diesel power plant is designed to supply electricity to the boiler room equipment during an emergency power outage.

Architectural solutions.

Architectural solutions for the sports hall were adopted in accordance with: space-planning and design solutions, with the requirements of SNiP 2.08.02-89* "Public buildings and structures", with the requirements of SP 31-112-2004 "Sports halls". And also taking into account the functional specifics of the object, modern urban planning, architectural and technological requirements, natural-climatic and landscape characteristics of the construction site. The building of the sports hall is rectangular in plan, with dimensions of 30,300 x 24,300 meters, height to the bottom of the carrier beam is 7,800 meters, without a basement, made of light metal structures. The number of floors of the building is one-story and two-story above auxiliary premises. The frame of the sports hall building is metal frame type. The roof of the building is metal, gable, insulated. The drain is external unorganized. The material of the outer walls is three-layer structural panels (Ventall-C3mm system) with a structural basalt wool core. The outer and inner lining of the panels is galvanized and painted steel sheet. Glazing on the side of the facade along the axis "A" - double, on the opposite side - single-row of metal-plastic with double glazing. Architectural solutions for the boiler house building were adopted in accordance with space-planning and design solutions, as well as taking into account the functional specifics of the facility, modern urban planning, architectural and technological requirements, natural-climatic and landscape characteristics of the construction site. The building of the boiler house is rectangular in plan, with dimensions of 12,000 x 6,400 meters, and a height of 2,945 meters, made of metal structures. The building is one-story. The frame of the building of the boiler house is metal frame type. The roof of the building is metal, gable, insulated. The drain is external unorganized. Enclosing structures - steel profiled sheets with polymer insulation - mineral plate TU 67-16-207-93. Enclosing structures are airtight and vapor-tight in accordance with SNiP II-35-76 "Boiler plants" and comply with the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". Glazed frames are installed in the boiler room to provide comfortable natural lighting. The area of ​​glazing provides the necessary area for easily dropped structures. Gates 0,9 m wide and 2,1 m high are provided for the delivery of fuel to the boiler room, as well as for the removal of ash. Near the boiler house building there is a hot water storage tank and a chimney with an above-ground one-sided junction of the flue.
