Space-planning solutions

The space-planning solution for a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool was adopted from the conditions of normal operation of its individual parts, which are different in function, taking into account the requirements for the implementation of technological processes, the placement of the necessary equipment, fire safety and sanitary standards. The chosen form of the newly erected part of the building is rectangular in plan. The volume-spatial composition is a combination of rectangular and symmetrical elements. The plasticity of the facades repeats the volumetric solution and architecture of the existing reconstructed building and the surrounding buildings. The finishing materials of the facades are decorative plaster and facing with porcelain stoneware tiles at the level of the plinth. The structural scheme of the newly erected part of the building is a metal frame. Conventionally, all the premises of the complex can be divided into several groups: administrative (lobbies, offices, reception); buffet (dining room, utility room, staff wardrobe); sports (gyms, swimming pool, fitness room); household (cloakroom for trainees and trainers, showers, bathrooms); technical (switchboard, ventilation chamber, ITP, etc.). In the basement technical floor, technical rooms necessary for the normal functioning of the facility are provided - ITP, an input node, a ventilation chamber, a water treatment room. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a street clothes wardrobe, a security room, a reception desk, 2 locker rooms (men's and women's), each for 16 people. for those involved in the pool, sanitary facilities (shower rooms, bathrooms for visitors, workers and staff), a fitness room (shaping room), a method room, a room for a trainer and a nurse on duty, an electrical panel room, a loading room for a buffet, a chlorination room and a warehouse chlorine. The dressing rooms are equipped with metal wardrobes for storing personal belongings of those involved, benches, wall-mounted hair dryers, foot washers, and washbasins. On the second floor, a cafeteria (dining room for 24 seats, utility room, staff wardrobe, bathroom, pantry), preparatory classes room (dry swimming), medical room, waiting room, coaching room (for 4 people), sanitary and amenity premises (c / at visitors and staff, storerooms for cleaning equipment), foyer, administrative premises (accounting, administration), technical staff premises. On the third floor there are 2 gyms, inventory rooms, 2 dressing rooms for 30 people. each (separately for men and women) for those involved in gyms and a fitness room, sanitary facilities (showers, bathrooms, storerooms for cleaning equipment), 2 trainers for 5 people. each (separately for men and women), staff quarters, ventilation chambers. The bowl room is located in the newly erected part of the building, the remaining groups of rooms are designed in the reconstructed existing part of the building. The pool room with dimensions of 30,0 x 20,27 m has a double-height space. The pool with dimensions - 25,0 x 11,0 m and a depth of 1,8 to 2,05 m provides a training process in sports swimming. For a description of the bowl device and water treatment technology, see n 4.6 Technological solutions for pool water treatment. To connect the floors, the existing stairs of the 1st type, to provide access for representatives of people with limited mobility to the 2nd floor (to the canteen), a special lifting platform is provided (see Fig. 3.2.1 Accessibility of the building to people with limited mobility), for the delivery of products to the buffet - a small freight elevator PG-0225 (LLC "SHCHLZ") with a carrying capacity of 250 kg. The premises are designed taking into account lighting requirements and meet the requirements of sound and heat insulation. In accordance with the guidelines of SanPiN 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1278-03 and SP 31-113-2204, natural lighting (side lighting, one-sided) is provided in the doctor's office, administrative premises, pool hall (glazing area - 14% of the hall area), gyms and a preparatory room, a room for a nurse on duty and a trainer. The premises in which noise sources are located are not adjacent to offices with a permanent presence of people. Additional noise reduction measures have been taken in technical rooms (ventilation chambers). The thicknesses of the outer enclosing structures are taken taking into account the calculated internal temperatures and humidity in the premises (see Fig. n 4 Technological solutions, etc. 6.2 Heating, ventilation and air conditioning). The filling of window openings is taken from blocks with a two-chamber double-glazed window (PVC profile) with a heat transfer resistance of at least the required one; double-glazed windows with a soft selective coating are designed in the pool room in order to reduce heat loss through large window openings. Constructive decisions

Brief description of the object being designed. The project for the construction of a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool includes: - construction of a swimming pool building; reconstruction of n. buildings lit. "B"; The new pool bath building and the existing building letter "B" are in close proximity (adjacent) to each other and form a single complex in terms of planning and functionality. At the same time, in a constructive sense, the existing and newly designed buildings are independent, separated by an expansion joint. Their mutual influence is minimized by constructive and architectural and planning solutions. General information about structures. Buildings of FOC belong to II level of responsibility. For relative elev. 0.00 is accepted absolute mark. + 3.90. The foundation of the pool bath building being designed is provided in the form of a monolithic slab on an artificial base. Foundations of the existing building lit. "B" - rubble tape, laying depth 2,3 m from the planning level. The pool bath building is designed according to the frame scheme with load-bearing columns and trusses, self-supporting three-layer walls. The existing building letter "B" has a frameless structural scheme with load-bearing longitudinal and self-supporting transverse brick walls. On the 3rd floor, in the alignment of the internal longitudinal walls, brick columns are arranged, which are supports for prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. Ceilings of the 1st floor - monolithic reinforced concrete on metal beams, above - prefabricated from hollow core slabs. A survey of the state of the structures of the building letter "B" was carried out. For more details, see “Report on the results of a visual inspection of the building. Surrounding building. The reconstructed building letter "B" - the former experimental building - is part of the FOC and is located in close proximity (adjacent) to the projected pool bath building. The influence of new construction on the condition of the reconstructed building is investigated and reflected in the "Conclusion on the mutual influence on the period of construction and operation." Due to the lack of impact on the surrounding buildings, its survey was not carried out. Since the distance to the surrounding building is sufficient, the construction will not affect its (building) strength and stability. There is no need for measures to protect the surrounding buildings. Characteristic of climatic conditions. The designed facility is located in the II building-climatic region with the temperature of the coldest five-day period with a security of 0,92 minus 26 ° C (SNiP 2.01.01-82) and in the P8 climatic region (GOST 16350-80). The construction site belongs to the II wind region with a standard wind pressure of 0,3 kPa and to the III snow region with a standard snow load of 1,3 kPa (SNiP 2.01.07-85 and change No. 2 SNiP 2.01.07-85 * according to BST 9 / 2003). Loads on structural elements. The following loads were adopted for the calculation of structures: a) the standard value of the weight of the snow cover per 1 m² of the horizontal surface of the earth for the III snow region is 126 kg / m² + snow bags in places of height difference, the calculated value is 180 kg / m² + snow bags in places of height difference. b) standard value of wind pressure at the level of 10 m above the ground for the II wind region - 30 kg/m². Terrain type for wind load - B. c) temporary normative uniformly distributed: in administrative premises, locker rooms, showers - 200 kg / m²; in the dining halls of the cafe - 300 kg / m²; on the balcony - 400 kg/m²; on platforms and flights of stairs - 400 kg / m²; in the halls - 300 and 400 kg / m²; for non-exploited coatings - 75 kg / m²; building responsibility level - II (normal), responsibility reliability coefficient - 0,95. Characteristics of the main building materials, envisaged by the project. a) Concrete GOST 25192-82 class B15 - B25 for strength, grades F25 - F100 for frost resistance and W4 - W8 for water resistance. b) Reinforcing steel of a periodic profile and smooth.
