Information about the functional purpose of the object

The sports and recreation complex is designed to provide its employees with the following services: health swimming, developing exercises and games in the water; conducting classes in general physical training; carrying out medical and health procedures; organization of employee leisure. Placement of a sports and recreation complex on the gene. the plan was executed in accordance with the volumetric and spatial solution agreed upon at the stage of "pre-project proposals". Space-planning decisions of the designed building are dictated by the specific building conditions and functional purpose. The designed building is a 6-storey building of a rectangular shape with rounded ends. The main facade of the building protrudes forward from the main plane of the wall, with a bay window, starting from the third floor. The building consists of an above-ground volume without a recessed part. On the longitudinal sides, the building adjoins the existing buildings, separated by fire walls. Functional fire hazard class - F 3.6 Constructive fire hazard class - CO Degree of fire resistance of the building - II All load-bearing elements of the building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The foundations are separate monolithic grillage, under the columns, made on bushes of bored piles with a diameter of 450 mm, up to 30 m long. The height of the hull is 26,7 m to the roof parapet.

Architectural and space-planning solutions.

The designed building of the sports and recreation center is 6 storey, rectangular in plan with rounded ends. Dimensions of the building in the extreme axes - 21,0x90,0 m; the maximum height from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet of the stairwells is 29,04 m. The main facade of the building protrudes forward from the main plane of the wall with a bay window, starting from the 3rd floor. Along the longitudinal walls, the building adjoins the existing buildings. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 3.70. On the 1st floor at around 0,000, the following are designed: a vestibule area with a wardrobe for visitors, administrative premises, a hairdressing salon with all related premises, auxiliary premises and storerooms of a cafe, sanitary facilities, an ITP with a water metering unit and a pumping station. The height of the premises in cleanliness (from floor to ceiling) is 4,13 m. A separate electrical panel room is designed on the territory of the courtyard. On the 2nd floor at around +4,500 are designed: a multi-purpose hall (including for dancing and aerobics), recreation with a multi-purpose hall, a hall, a cafe and a phytobar with related premises, an instructor's room, a children's room, administrative premises, sanitary facilities premises. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,2 m. On the 3rd floor at the level of +8,100 are designed: a training area for pool visitors (dry swimming), an office, water treatment facilities, a staff wardrobe, reagent dosing areas, hardware communications, a water analysis laboratory, sanitary facilities, a ventilation chamber. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 4,08 m. On the 4th floor at +12,600, three baths (Russian, Turkish, Japanese) with changing rooms, showers and bathrooms, an aqua zone with three bathtubs and a decorative pool, pantries for sports and cleaning equipment, sanitary facilities are designed. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,3 m. The height of the aqua zone (double-height) in cleanliness is 7,7 m. On the 5th floor at around +16,200, the following are designed: a SPA lobby, beauty parlors, massage showers, a solarium, two baths (Turkish, Japanese) with changing rooms, showers and bathrooms, a phytobar with associated rooms, rest rooms, sanitary facilities. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,3 m. On the 6th floor at +19,800 are designed: cosmetology and massage rooms, SPA rooms (Roman baths, phototherapy, aromatherapy, rejuvenating - Ayurvedic therapy), a salt cave, a solarium, a psycho-training room, a relaxation room, ancillary SPA rooms, sanitary facilities, room for storing fluorescent lamps. Covering (roof) - gable, low-slope of roofing sandwich panels with an internal drain. Roofing - rolled (2 layers of technoelast) with an upper protective gravel layer. Access to the roof directly from the stairwells. To ensure communication between floors and evacuation, there are three L1 type stairs with direct access to the outside and 1 H2 type staircase, three elevators - one passenger-and-freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and two passenger ones with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. For the needs of the kitchen there are three lifts. Facade finishing. In the axes A-D and G-A - continuous stained-glass glazing from two-chamber double-glazed windows with aluminum profiles. The walls of the facades adjacent to neighboring buildings are sandwich panels with a polymer coating. Plinth - cladding with wall stone "Melikonpolar". Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The building is divided by temperature-sedimentary seam into two blocks. The building was designed according to a frame beamless structural scheme. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete. The main pitch of the columns is 9x8 m, 8x6 m. Round columns with a diameter of 600 mm. Concrete columns B25. Overlappings are monolithic, 240 mm thick. Concrete B25. Covering a sandwich panel with a thickness of 100 mm on metal I-beams 30B1 and 16B1 (steel S245, GOST 26020-83), which are based on reinforced concrete beams of variable height 0,91,3 m, concrete B25. The outer walls are hinged sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The inner walls under the pools are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300 mm. The walls of the stairwells are 200 mm thick from monolithic reinforced concrete. Wall concrete B25. Stairs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, B25 concrete. The bowls of the pools are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 300 mm and a bottom thickness of 300 mm. Concrete of pool bowls B25, W8. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse stiffening diaphragms, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and the rigid disks of the floors and roofs. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD Office program (version 11.3). Foundations are made of piles. Bored piles with a diameter of 450 mm, a length of ~28,0 m. Concrete of piles B25, W8, F150. The forces in the piles according to the static calculation are no more than 108 tons. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 110 tons according to the pre-design tests of soils with piles performed in 2011. Grillages under the columns are columnar and under the walls of the stairwells are tape. Grills are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete 800 mm thick, concrete class B25, W8, F150. The connection between piles and grillage is rigid. The calculation of the foundation was made on a computer using the SCAD Office program (version 11.3). The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 3.70. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the piles are based on light silty loams with high plasticity with IL=0.46, φ=16, c=0,18 kg/cm2, E=130 kg/cm2. After the installation of the pile field, control tests of the piles will be carried out. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 0,5 m. Groundwater is moderately aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide and slightly aggressive in terms of hydrogen index. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W8, the concrete surface is protected by coating with bitumen twice. The expected average settlement of the building is no more than ~15 mm. The project provides for the construction of a separate electrical panel. The switchboard is designed according to the wall structural scheme. The walls are brick 510 mm thick. The walls are made of brick KORPO 1nf/100/2.0/50. Cover slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.141, 220 mm thick. Concrete B30. The foundation of the switchboard is made of slab 250 mm thick from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete B25, W8, F150. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm on a sand cushion with a thickness of 1500 mm. Dusty sands of medium density with epeski=0.75, φ=25, c=0,02 kg/cm2, E=110 kg/cm2 serve as the base of the sand cushion. Estimated soil resistance of the base R=1.61kg/cm2. Pressure on the base soil, no more p=0,24 kg/cm2. A survey of the surrounding buildings has been completed. Both buildings (buildings 2 and 3) are adjacent to the construction site and belong to the 2nd category of technical condition in accordance with TSN 50-302-2004. The expected settlement of adjoining buildings is less than the maximum allowable values. The project provides for strengthening the roof structures of building No. 3 (main beams and trusses) by increasing the section, the project provides for the organization of observations (monitoring) of existing buildings and structures of the surrounding buildings.
