Architectural and space-planning solutions

The projected "Low-rise medical and hotel complex" consists of 13 cottages of two types, with a total area of ​​5300,36 sq.m. Cottages are designed for a more comfortable stay of vacationers (patients) who come with their families to the sanatorium. Cottage, type A (10 cottages). The designed building is two-story, without a basement, L-shaped in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 18,59 x 12,3 m. The maximum height from ground level to the top of the roof is 8,2 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken as a relative mark of 0,000 , which corresponds to the absolute mark of 4.30 (cottage No. 1), 5.20 (cottage No. 2), 6.00 (cottage No. 3), 5.95 (cottage No. 4), 6.20 (cottage No. 5), 5.70 (cottage No. 6), 6.20 (cottage No. 7), 6.40 (cottage No. 9), 4.75 (cottage No. 12), 4.60 (cottage No. 13). On the ground floor, at the level of 0,000, the following are designed: a vestibule, a cloakroom, a guest room, a kitchen-living room, a relaxation room, a room for cleaning equipment, a sauna with a shower, two bathrooms and a boiler room (thermoblock). The height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,21 m. On the second floor at the level of +3,600 are designed: four bedrooms, two halls, a dressing room, two bathrooms. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 3,425 m. The floors are united by a staircase of the L1 type. From the second floor, an open evacuation staircase of type P2 was designed. Cottage, type B (3 cottages). The designed building is two-story, without a basement, T-shaped in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 22,2 x 14,06 m. The maximum height from ground level to the top of the roof is 8,48 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floors, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 0,000 (cottage No. 6,20), 8 (cottage No. 5,70), 10 (cottage No. 4,45). On the ground floor, at the level of 11, the following are designed: a vestibule, a cloakroom, a guest room, a kitchen-living room, a relaxation room, a room for cleaning equipment, a sauna with a shower, two bathrooms and a thermal block boiler room. The height of the premises in cleanliness is 0,000 m. On the second floor at the level of +3,21 are designed: four bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms, an office, a toilet. The height of the premises to the bottom of the protruding structures is 3,600 m. The floors are connected by a staircase of the L3,65 type. From the second floor, an open evacuation staircase of type P1 was designed. Coverings (roofs) of type A and B cottages are sloping, insulated, with an external organized drain. Roof - flexible tile Icopal. External walls - profiled glued timber with a section of 2 x 260 mm. Facing - wooden lining. Plinth - facing with light limestone. Windows - wooden frames with double-glazed windows. The designed medical and hotel complex is intended for individual accommodation of vacationers undergoing treatment at the medical and recreational facilities of the sanatorium. The property complex of the sanatorium located nearby (on the adjacent territory), which provides for the diagnosis and treatment of residents of the projected complex, has buildings (buildings 280 and 1) designed to meet the needs of the disabled and other people with limited mobility.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II, normal. Cottage buildings are designed in two types, the structural scheme is cross-wall. External and internal walls are designed from profiled glued laminated timber with section dimensions of 260 x 280 (H) mm, made of coniferous wood. Ceilings - wooden on wooden beams. The spatial rigidity and stability of buildings is ensured by the joint work of beamed wooden floors and walls made of timber. The calculation of foundations was carried out using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The absolute marks corresponding to the relative mark 0.000 are individual for each cottage within the range from 4.30 to 6.40. The foundations are taken in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 220 mm thick with stiffening ribs directed upwards, with a section of 300 x 550 (H) mm, concrete B25, W8, F100. A sand and gravel pad with layer-by-layer compaction, 0,7÷2,5 m thick, is provided under the foundations. =2º, e=23) and EGE-30 (sands of medium size, medium density, wet, E=0,700 MPa, φ=1º, e=30). Along the perimeter of buildings under the foundations, thermal insulation from Penoplex plates is arranged. To protect the foundations from the impact of aggressive groundwater, the project provides for vertical and horizontal waterproofing. In the zone of influence of the construction, at a distance of 35-0,650 m, there are low-rise residential buildings. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected. The fencing of the territory is designed in steel structures, 12 m high, the pitch of the racks is 25 m. The transformer substation consists of two prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks installed on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab made of B1,7, W3,0, F20 class concrete with a thickness of 8 mm. Under the slab, a concrete preparation is arranged from concrete of class B100 with a thickness of 300 mm for crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 7,5 mm. At the base of the foundations - sands are fine, medium density, wet with R = 100 kg/cm200, the average pressure on the base is 2,89 kg/cm2. The project documentation provides for waterproofing of the underground part. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5,30.
