Architectural and space-planning solutions
Hotel apartment No. 10
The apartment-hotel building is a detached four-story building, the upper floor is attic, with an attached underground part with an exploited roof. A building with dimensions in the extreme axes of 25,15 x 24,84 m. The height from the blind area to the roof ridge is 16,1 m and does not exceed the height of the previously existing building. The outer walls are made of brickwork 380 mm thick and insulated with a facing layer of brick 120 mm thick. Ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Internal partitions made of hollow bricks. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the landing of the first floor was taken. In the basement floor of the extension (elevation -3.950) a decorative pond was designed (elevation of the floor - 5.550), technical rooms for engineering support, inventory, storerooms. In the basement (elev. -1.050) there is an infrared sauna with associated rooms and a sanitary unit for staff. On the first floor (e.g. 0.000) the following premises are designed: a vestibule with a wardrobe, pantries, a kitchen with a set of premises, a maid's room, a waste room, a laundry room, an electrical panel room, a security room, a double-height hall, a boiler room with a separate exit to the outside, an open staircase to the second floor and an evacuation staircase of type L1 . On the second floor (elevation +3,000) there is a two-height hall with a fireplace, a kitchen, an office, and a sleeping area. Bathrooms are provided in the office and bedroom. On the third floor (e.g. +7.800) designed: sleeping area and living room. Each bedroom has sanitary facilities and dressing rooms. On the fourth (mansard) floor (elev.+11.700) there will be a billiard room with a sanitary unit and a pantry. The building has an elevator. Access to the roof is provided from the staircase through a fire hatch. The roof is pitched with an external organized drain. Covering of sheet steel, or sheet copper on wooden rafters. From the side of the attic floor, fire protection of wooden structures and filing with two layers of drywall are provided. Filling of window openings - wooden window blocks with double-glazed windows. In the boiler room, an easily resettable glazed part of the door is provided. Filling doorways - in accordance with technological, functional and fire safety requirements. Evacuation and communication between the floors is provided for by a stairwell of type L1 with a march width of 1200mm. An external open staircase from the second floor was designed. The building apartment hotel No. 11 is a detached one-three-story building with a basement floor, an attic and a pitched roof. The building is provided with dimensions in the extreme axes of 21,60 x 19,52 m. The height from the ground level to the roof ridge is 16,50 m and does not exceed the height of the existing building. The outer walls are made of brick with an inner layer of insulation and a facing layer of brick. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete. Internal partitions made of hollow bricks. For the relative elevation of 0.000, the elevation of the landing of the internal staircase of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute elevation of -4,40 m, was taken. room, sanitary facilities, bathroom. The entrance to the basement is designed along the march in the outer pit. A technological staircase was designed to connect the basement and above-ground floors, separated from other rooms by fire doors. On the ground floor (elev. -4.350) a boiler room with direct access to the outside and a storage room for garden tools are designed. At different elevations of the first floor, it was designed: an entrance hall with a dressing room, a staircase and elevator unit with a solid fuel fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a decorative fireplace, an office, sanitary facilities. On the second floor (elevation + 1.400) a sleeping area has been designed. Each bedroom has sanitary facilities and dressing rooms. From the premises of the second floor there are exits to two terraces. On the third floor (elevation + 4.800) a sleeping area, sanitary facilities and recreation facilities are designed. From the premises of the third floor there are exits to three terraces. The evacuation exit from the building is provided by an external metal staircase with platforms. Access to the attic and roof is provided through a fire hatch. The building has an elevator. Filling of window openings - wooden with double-glazed windows. Filling doorways - in accordance with technological, functional and fire safety requirements. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with the functional and technological purpose of the premises and sanitary and fire safety requirements. The roof is pitched with an external organized drain. Roofing - sheet steel on wooden rafters. A fence is provided along the perimeter of the roof. Facade finishing - decorative plaster painted over brickwork. Plinth - natural stone cladding and decorative plaster. Finishing of a covering - terraces, porches, balconies from a natural stone. Structural and space-planning solutions
The main building of apart-hotel No. 10 is designed in a cross-wall system. Basement walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 and 250 mm thick. The internal walls of the above-ground part of the building are made of solid brick with a thickness of 250 mm and 380 mm. External walls - multi-layered consist of brickwork 380 mm thick (inner layer), insulation and facing layer of brick 120 mm thick. The connection between the layers is provided by flexible connections. Columns are round with a variable diameter in height 1000 - 830 mm; 680-600 mm from monolithic reinforced concrete in a formwork from glass fiber reinforced concrete. Ceilings from monolithic reinforced concrete - a slab 200 mm thick along strapping belts - beams with a section of 250x450 (h) mm. Strapping belts - beams are designed along all the brick walls of the building. The roof is gable from roofing steel on a wooden truss system. The material of above-ground structures is B30 class concrete; fittings of class A500C. The foundation of the main building is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab - a 500 mm high grillage on a pile foundation. A recessed room adjoins the main building of apart-hotel No. 10 - a one-story closed volume of irregular shape, designed in monolithic reinforced concrete on a pile foundation. The thickness of the walls of the room - 200; 250 mm, the thickness of the walls of the bowl of the decorative reservoir is 400 mm, the columns are round with a diameter of 400 mm. The main premises are located at minus 3,950 on a 200 mm thick slab. The 300 mm thick coating slab is designed for loads from the storage of materials during construction and installation works. Slab - a grillage of a buried room 500 mm thick with an absolute bottom mark of minus 3.20. To carry out work in a pit with a depth of more than 6,0 m, a steel sheet piling fence is provided for the pit. Apartment - hotel No. 11 is designed with brick load-bearing walls and built-in reinforced concrete frame. External walls - multi-layered consist of brickwork 250 mm thick (inner layer), insulation and facing layer of brick 120 mm thick. The connection between the layers is provided by flexible connections. The outer walls of the second and third floors of the building are designed with a floor-by-floor vertical displacement with support on the underlying floors, which is taken into account by the calculation of the slabs. The thickness of the inner brick wall is 250 mm. Internal columns of the frame with a section of 400x400 mm and external columns with a diameter of 400 mm made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Floor slabs - beamless 200 mm thick from monolithic reinforced concrete. The external evacuation staircase is designed in steel structures. The material of above-ground structures is B30 class concrete; fittings of class A500C. The foundation of apart-hotel No. 11 is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab - a grillage 500 mm thick on a pile foundation. The basement of the building is designed on two levels. The thickness of the outer walls of the basement is 200 mm, 250 mm; internal - 160 mm. Pile foundation of both buildings. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete driven with a section of 350x350 mm and a length of 15 m, are immersed by indentation from the surface of the earth. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. At the base of the piles, at an absolute mark of minus 12.25, there are silty plastic sandy loams with a total deformation modulus E = 240 kgf/cm2. The bearing capacity of the piles is 67 tf, based on the results of static probing of soils.
