Architectural and space-planning solutions

An L-shaped residential building with built-in and attached service facilities is designed from 9 sections: two end sections, one corner section and six private sections. In two adjacent ordinary sections, in axes 36-37, a through pedestrian passage (arch) is designed. In the axes j / 1-k / 2 (a / 2) a through pedestrian passage is designed. The projected house is 19-22-storey. The maximum height of the vertical plane of the facade from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 69,75 m. The height of the basement premises is 2,5 - 4,0 m, the first floor - 4,0 m, from the 2nd to the 22nd floors - 2,75 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of +3.87. In the basement are designed: built-in underground parking for 217 parking spaces and engineering rooms (ventilation chambers, ITP, main switchboard, fire pump, fire tank and water meter unit). Two double-track ramps from ground level are designed to enter the car park level. The parking lot has vertical communication links (elevators) with residential floors. Above part of the underground car park, a technical corridor was designed for laying engineering communications. On the 1st floor, the entrance groups of the residential part of the building, the premises of the security post and the office premises intended for rent are designed. Space-planning solutions for their adaptation must be agreed in accordance with the procedure established by law. In all built-in premises, sanitary and hygienic blocks, engineering networks, natural ventilation, independent entrances isolated from the residential part are designed, the possibility of forced ventilation is provided. Entrances to the residential part of the building are provided from the courtyard passage. Entrances to the premises for rent and the point of protection of order are provided with pr. Heroes and from the square at the intersection of Leninsky pr. etc. Heroes. In each entrance group of the residential part of the building, the following are designed: a lobby, a concierge room, a sanitary unit, an elevator hall, a garbage collection chamber, a wheelchair room, a storage room for cleaning equipment. The inspector's room, the duty officer's room, the staff room, rooms for detainees (separately for minors, men and women), the inspector's room for children, sanitary facilities, a pantry for cleaning equipment and a utility room have been designed at the law enforcement station. Residential apartments are designed from the 2nd to the 22nd floors. The types and number of apartments are accepted in accordance with the apartment layout agreed by the customer. The roof is flat, inverted, partially exploited, with an internal drain. In ordinary and end residential sections, three Otis elevators are designed - two elevators with a load capacity of 1000 kg and one elevator with a load capacity of 400 kg, as well as an H1 type staircase.  

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures and consists of a multi-storey part and a parking lot. The multi-storey part of the building consists of 9 sections and is divided by sedimentary seams into four blocks: sections 1-2-3; section 4; sections 5-6-7; sections 8-9. Expansion joints separate sections 2-3; 5-6. The one-storey underground car park, attached from the courtyard part of the building, is separated by a sedimentary seam from the multi-storey part of the building, divided by sedimentary seams into four blocks and is a system of rigidly interconnected monolithic reinforced concrete foundations, columns, walls and ceilings. Columns with a section of 400x400 mm, overlapping - a slab 350 mm thick along beams with a section of 400x500 mm. The one-story car park, attached from the front of the building, was designed without a sedimentary seam, which was taken into account by the calculation and design of the building's load-bearing elements. The structural scheme of the sections within the basement and the first floor is a frame-wall system, the remaining floors are a cross-wall system with the coincidence of the axes of the walls and the frame of the lower floors. Section frame design - frame-bonded with column dimensions 600x600 mm; 1200x600 mm. Ceilings above the basement - a slab 220 mm thick along the frame beams with a section of 600x500 (h). Ceilings above the first floor - a slab 250 mm thick along the frame beams with a section of 800x600 (h) for transverse walls, 600x500 mm for longitudinal internal walls; The ceilings of the remaining floors - 180 mm thick slabs (200 mm in the coating) rest on three sides of the load-bearing walls, to reduce the effort in the floor slabs on the fourth free side along the outer contour of the sections, hidden beams are provided. The thickness of the internal walls: stair - lift units, end walls between sections - 200 mm; transverse beams - walls of the second floor - 350 mm, other walls - 180 mm. The material of above-ground structures is B25 class concrete; B30; W4, F150, class AIII fittings. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with interfloor ceilings. The structure of the parking lot is calculated taking into account the load from the fire engine. External walls: non-bearing - floor-by-floor cut with support on the ceilings, made of solid brick 250 mm thick, ρ = 1800 kg / m3, load-bearing - monolithic reinforced concrete. External wall insulation is part of the hinged facade system. Structural solutions for fastening the hinged facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The static analysis of the load-bearing structures of the building and the calculation of the excavation wall were performed using the Lira 9.6 finite element analysis system and the Plaxis 3D Foundation software package. Horizontal movement of the top of the sections - from 1,3 to 3,1 cm; acceleration of vibrations of building structures, arising from the pulsation of the velocity pressure of the wind, 0,09 m/sec2, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundations of the building were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The construction of the foundations of the building - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs - grillages on a pile foundation. Basement walls with a thickness of 300 mm made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Thickness of slabs - grillages: in sections - 700 mm with local thickenings of 900 mm based on the calculation for punching; in the attached parking lot - 500 mm. Piles - bored with a diameter of 450/520 mm, are made under the protection of a casing pipe with a lost tip using the Fundex technology. The length of the piles from the bottom of the grillage is 14,420 m. At the base of the piles at an absolute mark of minus 16.00 m, there are clays dislocated with a total deformation modulus E = 280 kgf/cm2. The design load on the pile is 140 tf, based on the results of pre-design tests of piles with a static load. Control tests of piles with static load are provided. The expected design settlement of the section foundations is 8 cm. The material of underground structures is B25 class concrete; B30 (piles); W6, F150, class AIII reinforcement. For the installation of foundations, the construction organization project provides for a 4,5 m deep excavation fencing in the form of an unanchored retaining wall made of Larsen IV steel profile with a immersion depth of 15,0 m (absolute bottom mark - minus 12.00). Sheet piles are driven using the vibration method. The calculation of the fence is made taking into account the technological loads on the edge of the excavation. The project provides for measures to protect the basement from groundwater and anti-corrosion protection of underground structures: drainage, coating (penetrating composition) insulation of the basement walls, the use of low-permeability concrete.
