The designed parking lot is separated from residential buildings by sedimentary expansion joints. The constructive scheme of the parking lot is a frame-wall system of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The spatial rigidity and stability of the car park is ensured by the joint work of vertical bearing elements with a monolithic coating, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and stiffening diaphragms. External walls - load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick with foam insulation 0.000-25 mm thick. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick. The foundations of residential buildings and parking lots are designed based on the results of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The construction of the foundations of residential buildings No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 - monolithic reinforced concrete slab grillages 600 mm thick on piles. Piles - bored monolithic reinforced concrete with a diameter of 520 mm, a length of 21,6 m and a length of 28 m (22-storey sections of house No. 2), carried out from the ground using the Fundex technology with a lost tip. Before the mass execution of piles, the design load on the piles is checked based on the results of pre-design tests of piles with static loads; control tests of piles are provided in the process of pile fields.
