General information.

The brick building was built according to the 1-404 series, standard design 1-404-3, has a U-shaped plan, with the largest dimensions 66,87x22,05 m, height to the roof ridge 16,96 m. The building is four-story, with a rafter roof and a cold attic. There is a basement underneath part of the building. The level of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor is taken as the conventional level of 1, which corresponds to the absolute level of +154,80 on the general plan. The height of the basement floor is variable: 2,65 m, 3,00 m, 3,7 m, 3,9 m, 1st - 4th - 3.3 m. The structural layout of the building is an incomplete frame with external and internal stone load-bearing walls, prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and prefabricated reinforced concrete floors. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured through the joint work of longitudinal and transverse walls, staircase walls and reinforced concrete floor discs. The foundations are strip foundations, made of prefabricated concrete blocks (block height 450 mm). The building's columns rest on strip and free-standing foundations made of prefabricated concrete blocks. Columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete with floor-by-floor cutting. The cross section of the columns is 400x400 mm. The column spacing in the longitudinal direction is 3600 mm. Prefabricated reinforced concrete beams rest on the columns. the beams are laid in the longitudinal (along the corridors of the building) and transverse directions. Beams laid transversely rest on columns and external stone walls. The floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs (trough-shaped slabs with the ribs up), supported by prefabricated reinforced concrete beams and stone walls. The section height of the slabs is 130-160 mm. The soundproofing backfill of the interfloor floors and the heat-insulating backfill of the attic floor are made of slag. The flights of stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete steps laid on prefabricated reinforced concrete stringers. The staircase landings are made of reinforced concrete slabs supported by stone walls and precast reinforced concrete beams. The building has an attic roof with a wooden rafter system. External organized drainage system. The roof is made of galvanized roofing steel over wooden sheathing. The outer walls of the building are 510 mm thick and made of ceramic bricks.
