General information.

The building of the surgical building was designed according to the standard project 2Mg-05-5, seven-story with a technical underground under the entire building and a technical floor. The volumetric-spatial solution of the building is a complex complex, which is based on strict functional zoning. The building is rectangular. The layout is a system with horizontal communication rooms, i.e. corridor type. The premises of all floors are connected by common vertical communications - stairs and elevators. One elevator hall with elevators and stairs is located in the central part of the building, the other two are on the left and right sides of the building, at the ends. External walls made of blocks 500mm thick. Large wall blocks of external and internal walls - according to the NK-96 nomenclature for civil buildings with a floor height of 3,30 m. The walls of the above-ground part of the building are made of large blocks: the outer ones are made of expanded clay concrete; internal ones are made of silicate. The foundations are made from blocks of the “F” and “SB” grades. The basement walls are made of SB brand blocks. The floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flooring and slabs of the “PNU”, “RT”, “P” brands. "PT". The partitions are made of expanded clay concrete hollow stones 100mm thick. The staircases are two-flight, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete platforms and flights. The roof is reinforced concrete, rolled with insulation. Facades after renovation according to the project - facade external insulation system "SINTECO". Stairs “B” and “A” - in axes 1-2/A-G and 23-24/A-G, respectively, are designed from the 1st floor to the technical floor with access to the roof and are evacuation. Staircase “B” in axes 12-13/A-G is designed from the 1st floor to the 7th floor inclusive and is an evacuation staircase. The staircase in axes 15-16/A-B is technological and service for personnel. The staircase along axis “17”, newly designed in the technical underground, is an evacuation staircase with direct access to the street. The building is equipped with six elevators with a lifting capacity of 350kg, 400kg and 500kg. Elevator “b” in axes 2-3/V-G is a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 500 kg, has stops from the first to the seventh floor. Elevator “a” in axes 22-23/V-G - passenger with a carrying capacity of 400 kg, for administrative purposes with stops from the first floor to the seventh floor. Elevator “B” in axes 13-14/V-G is a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 500 kg, has stops from the basement to the seventh floor. Elevator “d” in axes 8-9/V-G is a freight, food elevator with a lifting capacity of 350 kg, with stops from the basement to the seventh floor. Elevators “g” and “g1” in axes 15-16/B-G are hospital elevators with a lifting capacity of 500 kg, one of which is for fire departments. In axes 21-22/B-V, the garbage chute is being replaced from the first to the seventh floor inclusive. The layouts from the 3rd to the 6th floor inclusive are dominated by ward sections, homogeneous in their planning structure. The design takes into account the requirements for connections or isolation of individual groups of premises.
