General information.

When developing the project, working drawings of the standard project 2-05-81600 “General therapeutic dispensary for 100 places” (issued in 1961) were used, according to which the foundations and load-bearing structures of the building were designed. According to the structural design, the building is frameless with load-bearing transverse brick walls, with basements, T-shaped configuration in plan with dimensions along the outer axes 29,97,0x67,66 m, floor heights 3,0 -3,5 m. Design documentation from the customer available, executive documentation is missing. The strip foundations of the walls on a natural foundation are made of prefabricated concrete blocks of the FS type on prefabricated reinforced concrete pads according to the 1.112-1 series. The walls are load-bearing brick. The excavations and coverings are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, supported by walls and reinforced concrete purlins and beams. The coverings are insulated; expanded clay gravel with slag is used as insulation. The roof is rolled, the external drainage is unorganized. Heating is from the boiler room, natural ventilation, supply and exhaust in some rooms, there is water supply and sewerage.
