General information.

The existing building was built in 1980 according to the standard project TP 99-56/61 “Sports building with two halls and a 25x14 swimming pool”, developed by the Soyuzproekt design institute. The building is L-shaped in plan with dimensions in axes “1-11/A-Z” 66,13x30,0 m. In axes “1-8” and “A-E” there is a main three-story building with a basement in axes “2- 8" and "B-E". Existing premises - a gym (size 17,3x41,8 m in axes "1-8" and "A-G"), locker rooms, offices, showers, gym (size 5,4x17,5 m in axes "5-8" " and "A-B"), fitness room (size 5,3x16,5 m in axes "1-2/B-E"). The main entrance is located in axes “B/3-4”. In axes “8-11” and “A-E” there is a swimming pool hall with showers. The pool bath measures 25,0 x 14,0. The sports complex is a type of building with a partial frame with load-bearing brick walls, pillars and reinforced concrete precast flooring. Massive walls simultaneously perform the functions of a load-bearing and enclosing structure. Load-bearing elements are external walls, internal longitudinal walls and pillars. The vertical load is carried by load-bearing walls, piers and pillars. The horizontal wind load is absorbed by the stone box as a whole. The level of responsibility of the building according to Appendix 7 of SNiP 2.01.07-85* is normal (II). Loads and climatic conditions (according to SNiP 2.01.07-85*): standard value of wind pressure 0.3 kPa for wind region II; the calculated value of the snow cover weight is 2.4 kPa for snow region IV. The foundations of the walls are strip foundations made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs in accordance with GOST 13580-85. The enclosing structures of the basement are concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78*. The foundations for the supports of the pool bath are columnar monolithic reinforced concrete. The foundation for the elevator shaft is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Insulation of the basement walls - Penoplex slabs. The frost resistance grade of concrete for monolithic and prefabricated concrete structures is accepted: For structures not protected from precipitation - F75. For structures located in the ground - F50. 3. For coating slabs – F50. For internal structures – F35.
