The year of construction of the school buildings (standard project 2s-02-8) is 1971. The educational building is an existing H-shaped brick building, interlocked from three buildings: two two-story buildings and one three-story school building. Part of the two-story building, along the G-E, 2-3 axes, occupies a gym to its entire height. Currently, the building of the educational building of the school is operated for its intended purpose. The existing building of the former garage is located to the west of the educational building. The building is one-story, brick. The garage building is currently being used as a utility shed. This project provides for the overhaul of the above buildings in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations and sanitary standards. It also provides for a major overhaul of internal and external networks of water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation, electricity, replacement of furniture and technological equipment. This project provides for the technological redevelopment of the educational building and the utility shed in accordance with the requirements set out in SNiP 31-06-2009 "Public buildings and structures", SanPiN 2.4.2.1178-02 "Hygienic requirements for the conditions of education in educational institutions", SanPiN 2.3.6.1079 -01 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering organizations, production and turnover in them of food products and food raw materials", SanPiN 2.4.5.2409-08 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering for students in general education institutions, institutions of primary and secondary vocational education" , SanPiN 2.2.2 / 2.4.1340-03 "Hygienic requirements for personal electronic computers and organization of work", as well as Federal Law No. 123 "Technical regulations on fire safety requirements". This project provides for the redevelopment of the building of the educational building, as a result of which the building will be located: an elementary school block (8 classes), a secondary school block (18 classes in academic disciplines), two sports halls, a carpentry and locksmith workshop, a catering department, a medical block, an administrative block. This project provides for the redevelopment of the building of the utility shed, as a result of which storerooms for various purposes will be located in the building. On the territory of the school's land plot, the project provides for the construction of playgrounds for sports and recreational activities, a treadmill, a pit for long jumps, flower beds, lawns, small architectural forms, a garbage platform with a reversal platform.
