Architectural and construction solutions

The projected site belongs to III In the construction zone in accordance with climatic zoning. The normative high-speed wind pressure at a height of 10 m is 38 kg/m2. The main facade of the building is oriented to the east and is located in the center of the site. The building is 2-storey, with dimensions in the plan of 48,00 by 54.00 m in the axes, with a basement floor. The absolute mark of the floor of the 1st floor of the building is 74.40 according to the Baltic system of heights. The main entrance to the building is from the courtyard. Service entrance and loading of products is also carried out from the courtyard area. The connection between the floors is carried out by four staircases of the first type (L1), the width of the flight of stairs is 1.35 m in the clear. Staircase doors shall be equipped with devices for their self-closing and seals in the porches. The building is frame (braced variant of the frame) with longitudinal and transverse crossbars. On the first floor of the building, it is planned to arrange administrative premises, loading and utility rooms, a room for cleaning equipment, a universal bathroom group for visitors, providing for the possibility of using the MGN, a staff room, a laundry and nursery rooms, a gym, a pre-cooking kitchen. For all technical and warehouse premises and provide for the filling of doorways with fire doors and windows of the 2nd type. At the entrance, a ramp for MGN is provided. The ramp has a double-sided fencing with handrails at a height of 0,9 m and 0,7 m. The clear distance between the handrails is 0.9 m. On porches with a rise of 0.1 or more steps, railings 3m high are provided. The railings of the stairs are designed with a height of 0.9 m. The railings of the balconies are assumed to be 1.5 m high. On the second floor, group rooms for middle-aged and older children are planned. On the roof of the building there is a platform for installing external blocks of ventilation systems.

Justification of the adopted design decisions, including in terms of compliance with the limiting parameters of permitted construction

In accordance with the town-planning plan of the land plot and the design assignment, the building is 2-storey, within the limits of the place of permissible placement of buildings and structures. Landing of the building is carried out in the center of the site. Fire breaks and passages of fire equipment comply with the standards. The building is 2-storey, brick with a basement, complex configuration in plan. The building is framed with longitudinal and transverse crossbars. In accordance with the technological task, there will be 13 groups in the preschool educational institution, of which 4 junior groups of 15 people, 3 middle groups - 20 people each., 3 seniors - 20 people each., 3 preparatory - 20 people each. Loading of products is provided in the daytime by specialized vehicles from the courtyard. The container is taken away after unpacking and acceptance of products. Products, through the loading room, where unpacking from the shipping container takes place, enter the pre-cooking kitchen, where cooking takes place and then is given out from the distribution room in groups. Storage of long-term products takes place in pantries on shelves, in closed racks. Laundry, ironing and pantries of clean linen are provided. Number of staff 33 people, work in 1.5 shifts. In accordance with the technological task and mode of operation, overalls and special dressing rooms are provided by the project for kitchen workers. Description of solutions for finishing the premises of the main, auxiliary, service and technical purposes

Finishing of the premises of the main purpose (Group rooms, bedrooms, gym) is provided for: walls, columns and partitions with high-quality plaster, puttying and painting with water-based paints; ceilings with putty and water-based paints; floors - linoleum on a sound and heat insulating basis. Finishing of auxiliary premises (administrative premises, staff premises, corridors, utility rooms) is provided for: walls, columns and partitions with high-quality plaster, shputtying and painting with water-based paints, ceilings with putty and water-based paints; porcelain stoneware floors. Finishing of premises for technical purposes (technical premises, technical floor). walls, columns and partitions with plaster, putty and water-based paints, putty ceilings, painting with water-based paints; concrete floors with anti-dust impregnation. Finishing of service premises (kitchen-preparation, bathrooms): walls, columns and partitions with high-quality plaster, putty and painting with emulsion paints, facing with ceramic tiles to a height of 2,0 m, putty ceilings, painting with water-based paints; porcelain stoneware floors. Preparation for finishing and finishing should be carried out with high-quality materials in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.04.01-87 "Insulating and finishing coatings". High-quality finishing should be provided for in all premises, except for technical premises. For painting, apply a water-soluble, waterproof, resistant to repeated wet cleaning and treatment with disinfectant solutions, an acrylic polymer-based paint. In the premises of technical support, plaster should be carried out on a metal mesh of 01,6 mm wire with a cell of 20x20mm. In rooms oriented to the south, provide for the decoration of neutral and cold tones; to the north and east - warm tones. Sections of walls and partitions in the places of installation of sanitary appliances should be lined with ceramic tiles in accordance with GOST 6141-91 to a height of 1,5 m and a width of 1 m. Plaster all air ducts on a metal mesh. To improve the adhesion of the paint layer, the entire surface of the tongue-and-groove plates should be treated with a Knauf-Tifengrund™ primer, which is applied with a roller or brush. Complete drying of the primer occurs after 3 hours. The final finishing preparation of the surface should be carried out using the Knauf-Finishpasta putty compound, which is applied to the surface with a wide spatula in a thin layer. After drying, the surface is polished. For painting the surface, water-based, oil, resin, polyurethane or epoxy paints can be used. The use of lime paints and paints based on liquid glass is not allowed. Finishing the surfaces of partitions and claddings made of moisture-resistant gypsum tongue-and-groove boards in rooms with a wet regime should be done with ceramic tiles on a previously applied primer layer "KNA UV-Tifengrund ™". The surface of structures exposed to direct moisture (in showers, near sinks) is recommended to be pre-coated with Knauf-Flehendichtband™ waterproofing mastic, which is applied with a brush or roller, and glue the corners with Knauf-Flehendichtband™ sealing waterproofing tape. After the waterproofing mastic or primer has dried, a notched trowel is used to apply the Knauf-Fliesenkleber® tile adhesive, TU 5745-012-04001508-97, on which ceramic tiles are laid. The joints between the slabs are filled with grouts, which are recommended to use the composition "Knauf-Fugenbunt ™". Work should be carried out only if there are permanent heating and ventilation systems in the premises.
