The project presents design and estimate documentation for the overhaul of the building of a kindergarten, a municipal preschool educational institution, the building is a 2-storey, with a semi-passage technical underground, a separate building, with load-bearing external and internal walls made of solid ceramic bricks; ceilings along load-bearing walls, with precast concrete floor slabs; the roof is flat, unexploited with an external drain with soft roofing. Partitions made of brick and plaster blocks. Windows from wooden profiles - original according to the year of construction, wooden doors - original according to the year of construction. Construction class - II. Degree of fire resistance - II. Building class for functional fire safety F 1.1.
