General information.

The existing building is a children's educational institution, erected according to the standard project VI-52 option 1, detached, made of expanded clay concrete panels of two-row cutting, two-story with a basement under the entire building for the passage of communications, with a total area of ​​3686,3 sq. m., complex shape with dimensions in plan - 70,36 m x 46,07 m. Floor height: 1st floor - 2,85 m; 2nd floor - 2,9 m; basement - 2,5 m. The building is frameless with load-bearing external longitudinal and internal transverse walls. Spatial rigidity is ensured by the joint work of load-bearing walls, ceilings and walls of staircases. Foundations: tape from concrete pads of the "FL" type for external and internal walls, foundation concrete blocks of the FBS type with brick extensions; The outer walls of the ground part - expanded clay concrete panels of two-row cutting, 400 mm thick; The outer walls of the underground part and the plinth are FBS-type blocks 400 mm thick; Internal walls - reinforced concrete panels 280mm thick; Partitions along the basement - blocks of the FBS type 400 mm thick, along the floors - from solid brick 120 mm thick, from cinder blocks 100 mm thick; Ceilings - above the basement, prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed and multi-hollow floor slabs; above 1-3 floors - prefabricated multi-hollow reinforced concrete slabs; Lintels - prefabricated reinforced concrete over window openings, metal over door openings; Roof - flat, rolled; tape from concrete pillows of the "FL" type for external and internal walls; Heating - centralized from CHP, running water. Vertical risers and horizontal wiring are made of steel water and gas pipes. Heating appliances made of cast iron and steel. Water faucets are installed for air removal. The heat carrier is water with parameters - 150-70 °С. Ventilation supply and exhaust with natural impulse. Air is released through air ducts arranged in ventilation shafts. Ventilation shafts covered by umbrellas are displayed 1 m above the roof in height. The exhaust from the latrines and washrooms is carried out by independent air ducts-fellow travelers, combined into one channel, which is connected to the main vertical collector at a level above the serviced premises by at least 2 m. All exhaust ducts lead to the roof. Centralized water supply from city networks from steel water and gas pipes, looped according to a single-zone scheme, with 2 inputs through a water meter unit. Distribution pipelines are laid in the basement. Hot and cold water meters are installed at the entrance to the building. In sanitary shafts of washrooms and latrines, risers made of steel water and gas pipes in isolation. On the hot water pipelines leaving the risers, ball valves are provided for the possible connection of a fire hydrant, as a means of primary fire extinguishing in the early stages of ignition. In places where valves are installed, a “window” is provided for free access to shut-off and control valves. All ball valves are installed in the "closed" position. Centralized sewerage from city networks is gravity-flowing from cast-iron pipes. Risers made of cast iron pipes and PVC pipes. Sewer risers with ventilation are displayed on the roof. Audits are provided on the sewer risers. Electrical equipment - lighting and household loads from the 380/220 V network and switchboards. Power is supplied from a modular distribution device (UERM), in which automatic switches and electricity meters are installed. From the shield are made: output to lighting, socket with power supply. All networks are carried out by wires with a copper core. Fire alarm - to protect the building, an automatic installation of a fire alarm is provided. Tambours are equipped with heat detectors. Thermal fire detectors are installed in the corridors and rooms. There are two different fire alarm loops that enable the smoke exhaust system and alert people about a fire. Manual fire detectors are installed in the corridors.
