Constructive decisions

The project for the overhaul of a single-span reinforced concrete bridge with a length of 12,2 m and a carriageway width of 7,0 m, built in 1952 under the standard load of N-10 and NG-60, was developed in accordance with SNiP 2.05.03-84 * "Bridges and pipes" under the standard moving load A11 and NK-80. The parameters of the existing bridge in terms of overall dimensions and loads do not meet modern regulatory requirements and are subject to being brought up to these standards. The project documentation for the overhaul of the bridge across the creek provides for the following construction and installation works for its reconstruction in accordance with the standards of the 3rd technical category highway: complete dismantling of the superstructure and partial dismantling of the side parts of the bridge abutments; double-sided widening of the abutment structure on pile foundations, while maintaining the axis of the road (bridge) and the central part of the existing abutments on a natural foundation, and the device of a new design for connecting the bridge with the approaches;
construction of a new slab superstructure made of monolithic reinforced concrete; installation of a bridge deck with a dimension of G-10 + 2 × 1,5 m with a 70 mm thick asphalt concrete coating over a 40 mm thick layer of poured asphalt; the same, metal fencing of the carriageway and sidewalks with a height of 0,75 m and 1,10 m.

Main technical characteristics:

The length of the bridge is 13,9 m, the size of the carriageway and sidewalks is G-10+ 2 × 1.5 m; normative temporary moving load A11 and NK-80, from pedestrians 400 kg/sq.m; the pavement and sidewalks are covered with asphalt concrete.

Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

Power supply for outdoor lighting is provided from TP 2123 through the existing power point KUO 2325, KUO 2016. Electricity consumers - outdoor lighting fixtures ZhKU 15-250-105, 250 W power (8 pcs.). Designed power 2 kW/2,5 kVA. The luminaires are mounted on reinforced concrete outdoor lighting poles SV-1,2-10 (5 pcs.) 10 m high with brackets. Power supply - group wire SIP-2 3x50 + 1x70 (200 m).

Organization of construction

The construction organization project was developed in accordance with the adopted design decisions, taking into account the requirements of the current SNiP, as well as the norms and instructions that determine the procedure and methods for performing work. To accommodate builders at the construction site, a household town is provided: a building for construction management; household trailers; containers for household waste; fire shields; food items; first-aid post; dry closets; mobile power plant. The construction organization project provides for the organizational and technological sequence of work, provides for the provision of construction with material and technical resources, measures for labor protection and industrial sanitation have been developed, the duration of construction has been determined, a statement of the need for basic construction machines and mechanisms has been developed, a construction schedule has been developed, the minimum required the number of people, information is given on the organization of the movement of vehicles at the time of the work. The need for construction materials is provided by the organizations of the construction industry of the city and the region. The developed soil is planned to be disposed of at the PTO.
