Architectural and space-planning solutions

The overhauled school building consists of two buildings: the main four-story building with a basement and an attic, U - shaped in plan, built in 1955, with dimensions in the extreme axes 43, 50 x 24,50 m, height from the level of the blind area to the roof ridge 20,91 m; 2-3 storey without a basement and attic, rectangular in terms of extension with a two-story passage 7,2 m long to the main building built in 1968 with dimensions in the extreme axes 29,78 x 11,57 m, height from the ground level to the parapet on the roof 11,72 m. The school building was built indented from the red line of the street. The building is not a monument and is located outside the boundaries of cultural heritage sites. The project documentation provides for a major overhaul of the building of secondary school No. 129, designed for 275 people, with a class size of no more than 25 students. Capital repairs are provided with the preservation of the existing dimensions of the building and the height of the premises. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the lobby of the main entrance of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 7.11. The project documentation for the overhaul of the building provides for: redevelopment of premises with the dismantling of partitions and the installation of new ones - brick 120 mm thick with plastering on both sides; replacement of flooring, door fillings; insulation of external walls from the inside in the main building and outside in the extension with hard mineral wool boards, followed by the application of a plaster layer; reinforcement of walls and foundations; replacement of sections of floors; repair of the truss system and replacement of the crate; replacement of the entire roof covering; replacement of elements of window and door fillings; repair of porches and arrangement of canopies over the entrances; facade repair; interior decoration. The basement floor is provided for the placement of engineering equipment and the laying of engineering networks (heating point, water metering unit and supply ventilation chamber). Ventilation chambers are designed in the attic space. The main entrance to the building is designed from the front facade equipped with a ramp. Designed on the ground floor: an entrance group with a security room, separate dressing rooms for students of various grades, an assembly hall for 143 people, a dining room for 92 seats with production, storage and utility rooms, a medical unit, two labor rooms for boys and girls , administrative premises of the school, a room for cleaning equipment, a sanitary unit for staff and the disabled. On the second floor there are: classrooms and primary school classrooms, two playrooms and two rest rooms for after-school groups for girls and boys, a speech therapist's office, sanitary facilities, a sports block for students of the entire school, coaching and equipment, a library block with a reading room and information centre. On the third floor, it is planned: offices and classrooms for students, separate locker rooms with showers for boys and girls at the gym, sanitary facilities for students, a personal hygiene room for women, a teacher's room, a psychologist's office, a methodological room, a ventilation chamber. The fourth floor is designed for: classrooms and classrooms, laboratory rooms, two computer science rooms, a server room, administrative and service rooms, sanitary facilities for students and a personal hygiene room for women. Light recreations and sanitary facilities are designed on each floor. Above the sports hall - rolled roof - galvanized sheet steel with a gray coating over the main building of the school. Drainage - external, organized. A metal fence was designed on the roof and a parapet fence above the extension roof. To ensure communication between floors and evacuation from the building, two stairwells with metal railings with exits to the outside are provided. An external metal staircase was designed for an emergency exit from the gym from the second to the first floor and an internal staircase from the second to the third floor to exit the gym. Entrances to the technical basement are isolated from the above-ground floors. There are five entrances from the outside to the first floor. From the premises of the food block, the premises for the work of girls and boys on the first floor, independent exits to the outside are organized. Facade finishing: basement - facing with porcelain stoneware; above-ground floors of the main building - brickwork repair, plastering, puttying, coloring in agreement with the Chief Artist. Extension - plaster on insulation, followed by painting in the tone and color of the main building. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates of conformity. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure accessibility to the first floor of the school building for people with limited mobility: a ramp was designed at the main entrance to the building, a sanitary unit for MMGN is provided on the first floor.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural scheme of the existing building: In axes А-Г/1-14 - frameless with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls. In axes Д-Ж/3-12 - frameless with load-bearing longitudinal walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is provided by the joint work of brick walls and floor disks. The foundations in axes А-Г/1-14 are monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundations, in axes Д-Ж/3-12 - strip foundations made of prefabricated concrete wall blocks and reinforced concrete pads. The walls are made of solid clay bricks with silicate brick cladding on a complex cement-lime mortar. Ceilings - ribbed prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, hollow reinforced concrete decking, prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs BPR on metal beams, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings. Roofing in axes А-Г/1-14 - from galvanized roofing steel on wooden layered rafters. Above the sports hall there is a combined coating on prefabricated reinforced concrete vaulted slabs, the roof is rolled. Stairs - concrete steps on metal stringers. The technical conclusion based on the results of the survey of building structures of the building has been completed. Laboratory studies of soils were carried out in the soil laboratory. According to laboratory tests, it follows that at the base of the foundations of the building in the axes D-Zh / 3-12 there are sands of medium size, brownish-gray with gravel, saturated with water. Under the building in the axes A-G/1-14 at the base of the foundations, silty loams with an admixture of organic substances are fluid. The maximum position of the groundwater level, taking into account the drainage system, is at a depth of 1,640 - 1,200 from the earth's surface at absolute levels of 3,81-4,02 m (relative level 3,09-3,31 m). Groundwater is non-aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition, with the exception of the foundations along the “E” axis m / o 7-12. It has been established by verification calculation that no reinforcement of the foundations is required, since the stress along the sole of the foundations does not exceed the calculated resistance of the foundation soil. The load on the foundations under the project does not increase. The exception is the foundation along the “E” axis, where there are deformations in the form of cracks in concrete blocks with an opening of up to 10 mm. The brickwork of the walls is in working condition and does not require reinforcement, with the exception of the wall of the 1st floor along the E / 7-12 axis, which has deformations in the form of cracks along the piers with an opening of up to 10 mm. The strength of the brickwork of the walls, determined by the non-destructive method with the IPS-MG4 device, R = 11-13 kg / cm² (M100 brick, M25 mortar, the outer walls of the sports hall - M75 brick on the M25 mortar, internal walls - M100 brick, M25 mortar). The ceiling above the basement is in working order, except for the ceiling in the A-A/1/1-14 axes, where the BPR prefabricated concrete slabs have deflections up to 40 mm and are affected by cracks. In some areas, in monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, the protective layer was destroyed with the reinforcement exposed. Ceilings over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are in working order. The technical condition of the coating structure above the gym is efficient. Bearing capacity of reinforced concrete floor slabs: ribbed 900 kg/m² excluding dead weight, hollow core 800 kg/m² excluding dead weight. Stair structures are in working order. The rafter legs in some areas and the mauerlat are affected by fungus and rot by 10%, the crate - up to 30%. The truss system in the axes B/8 and B/10 is affected by rot up to 100%, the sloping legs are destroyed. The technical condition of the truss system is in a limited working condition. The structures of the porches, including the porch of the main entrance, the canopies above the entrances have significant deformations - precipitation, chips and destruction. The concrete walls of the entrance pits to the basement and the steps are in an unsatisfactory condition, given the presence of cracks and destruction of the steps. The project documentation provides for: dismantling of the existing ceiling above the basement of m / o A-A.1 / 1-14 and the installation of a new one from a monolithic reinforced concrete slab according to NS44-1000-0,7 corrugated board GOST 24045-94; repair of floor sections above the basement with the restoration of the protective layer in places where the reinforcement is exposed; replacement of the existing ceiling in the axes V-D/13-14 above the basement in the labor class with a monolithic reinforced concrete slab along corrugated board along metal beams due to a change in elevation. New ceiling in axes B-V/6-8 at the level of 0,000 - monolithic reinforced concrete slab on corrugated board on metal beams; dismantling of the existing ceiling at elevation +0,750; reinforcement of foundations (concrete wall blocks) along the “E” axis with monolithic reinforced concrete clips. B20 class concrete; repair of brickwork of walls in the areas of cracks by injecting cement mortar; reinforcement of brick piers of the 1st floor of the wall along the “E” axis with metal clips from rolled profiles; arrangement of new openings in existing walls with the installation of metal lintels from rolled profiles; reinforcement of existing lintels over doorways along axis 7/D-Zh with metal frames; replacement and strengthening of individual elements of the truss system. Replacing the crate; dismantling of existing porches and canopies over the entrances. New porches and ramp - monolithic reinforced concrete from B20W4 class concrete; the foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick. Peaks above the entrances - corrugated board on a metal frame. Dismantling of the existing ladder m / o D-E / 3-7, which does not meet the requirements of fire regulations, as an escape route. New staircase - monolithic reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. Protection of metal structures against corrosion - in accordance with SNiP 2.03.11-85. New monolithic reinforced concrete pits made of B15 W6 class concrete. A new external metal evacuation staircase near the D/12 axis to the 2nd floor. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage on hanging bored piles with a diameter of 300 mm, concrete of class B15 W6.
