Architectural solutions

When developing space-planning solutions, the project took into account all current standards. The areas of the premises are designed with a permissible deviation during capital construction from the norm by 10%. The number of students for which the building is provided is 478 people. The school is designed for 2 parallel students of 22 people in a class, with the exception of the 1st class with a occupancy of 19 people. The area of the main classrooms is taken at the rate of 2,5 m2 per 1 student with frontal forms of classes, the area of the informatics cabinet meets the hygienic requirements for video display terminals, personal electronic computers and the organization of work, with the use of liquid crystal monitors is 4,5 m2. There are laboratory assistants at the classrooms of physics, chemistry, biology and informatics. The list of measures for a comprehensive overhaul: Redevelopment of premises by dismantling old and erecting new partitions; Insulation of external walls and installation of a ventilated facade; Insulation of the attic floor; Selective repair of the wooden roof truss system; Fire protection of existing and new wooden structures; Roofing replacement; Fencing and snow retention on the roof; Arrangement of new pits and protective canopies above them; Dismantling of the old porch of the main entrance and arrangement of a new entrance group with a ramp for the disabled; Replacement of window blocks; Replacement of external and internal door blocks; Replacement of structures and floor coverings; Replacement of drainpipes; Repair of the blind area around the building; Finishing facilities. Roof: The roof structure of the building is a wooden rafter system coated with galvanized roofing steel. The roof of the gym is made on reinforced concrete slabs, expanded clay is used as a slope-forming layer, on top of which a cement-sand screed and a built-up bitumen-based roll waterproofing with gravel spillage are arranged. The project provides for the replacement of the external drainage system with a new one similar to the electric heating of downpipes during the cold season. External walls and plinth: To improve the energy efficiency of the building, the project provides for the insulation of existing brick exterior walls (510 mm thick) by installing a hinged system of ventilated facades with porcelain stoneware surface cladding, the thickness of the insulation was taken on the basis of a heat engineering calculation - 100 mm. Hinged panels of a contrasting color are used, thanks to which the emphasis is placed on the entrance and projections of the object. The horizontal division of the façade provides a dynamic color transition while maintaining the symmetry of the building's frontal views. The color solution is designed taking into account the nature of the surrounding buildings. The basement of the building is insulated with extruded polystyrene foam (Technoplex) 50 mm thick, plastered with cement-sand mortar over a metal mesh and finished with porcelain stoneware. Newly erected partitions: plasterboard partitions on a metal frame filled with URSA GLASSWOOL P-15 mineral wool boards 100 mm thick, wrapped in spunbond non-woven fabric. Brick KORPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2007 (as building envelopes for the premises of the basement, wet categorized premises (KUI); aerated concrete D500, B1,5, F25 (shaft construction for laying ventilation networks). Hnew window units: Old window blocks are replaced with blocks of PVC profiles filled with two-chamber double-glazed windows with tilt-and-turn sashes and micro-ventilation. New door blocks: External doors - metal and metal insulated. Internal doors - wooden: deaf and glazed, individually manufactured and in accordance with GOSTs, metal fireproof. Floors: Homogeneous linoleum is provided by the project as a floor covering in classrooms, a library, a doctor's office, staff rooms. In areas with increased traffic: lobby, wardrobes, corridors, recreations, dining room dining room; as well as in the premises of the catering unit, pantries, archives, book depositories, locker rooms, the floors are made of porcelain stoneware or ceramic tiles. In dignity. nodes, showers and KUI, ceramic tiles are laid on the floor. In the sports hall, the project provides for the installation of a specialized sports coating GraboSport Xtreme 8 mm thick. Ceilings: In dignity. nodes, showers, locker rooms, KUI, in the premises of the catering unit, the treatment room, the doctor's office, suspended metal cassette ceilings 600x600mm are arranged, in corridors, recreations, vestibules, cloakrooms, educational administrative premises, suspended ceilings are arranged from Armstrong mineral fiber boards 600x600mm, ceilings in technical rooms rubbed with Knauf mixtures and painted with moisture-resistant white acrylate paints produced by Yaroslavl Paints. Wall decoration: The walls of the premises of the catering unit, showers, san. nodes, locker rooms, KUI, treatment room and wardrobe of the staff of the dining room are lined with ceramic tiles to a height of 1,8 m. In the rest of the rooms, the walls are plastered with lime mixtures, puttied and painted with high-quality moisture-resistant acrylate paints produced by Yaroslavl Paints. In the cabinets, at the places where the sinks are installed, an apron made of ceramic tiles is arranged to a height of 1,6 m and 0,2 m wide in each direction from the plumbing fixture.

Planning solutions

Based on the technological requirements and fire safety for the school premises, the existing porches, ramps and pits are being reconstructed. It is planned to change the entrance group from the side of the main entrance, due to the need to provide access for the disabled and the heterogeneity of the geometric parameters of the steps within the march. A ramp is planned that meets the standards of SNiP 35-01-2001, and a protective canopy is also designed over the new porch. In the entrance area, near the main entrance, there is a security room in accordance with existing safety standards. There is a separate area for students and staff wardrobes. On the first floor, a medical center is arranged, which includes a doctor's office and a treatment room, which meets the requirements for its dimensions. In the sports hall, a new doorway is being punched, which goes directly to the outside to ensure the evacuation of people in case of fire, window openings are laid out to the previously existing sizes, improving the conditions for natural lighting of the room. Students' locker rooms are moved to the basement floor, equipped with separate showers and bathrooms. In the attic space for the installation of ventilation equipment, a ventilation chamber is arranged, with a fachwerk device for installing enclosing structures made of sandwich panels 150 mm thick in axes 2-4 / B-Zh. A metal ladder is mounted, providing convenient access to the attic space for servicing the ventilation chamber. For the decoration of classrooms, finishing materials and paints are used that create a matte surface with reflection coefficients: for ceiling 0,7-0,8; for walls 0,5-0,6 (light colors of yellow, beige, pink, green, blue); for the floor 0,3 -0,5; for furniture (desks, tables, cabinets) - natural wood colors; for chalkboards - dark green; for window frames - white.

Constructive decisions

Technical condition of building structures

Before the overhaul of the school, a technical inspection of the building structures was carried out. Based on their condition, each of the structures was assigned a category of technical condition: foundations - good condition; Walls, lintels, ceilings - working condition; The identified deformations are local in nature and consist in the peeling of the plaster layer in separate areas with partial washing out and weathering of the mortar from the joints, as well as local cracks opening up to 0,5 mm without signs of shear. The reason for the deformations is the moistening of the masonry due to local capillary suction of moisture from the soil in the places of passage of communications and in the areas of downpipes due to a malfunction of the drainage elements; Wall waterproofing - working condition; Lintels, floor beams - good condition; Stairs are made of prefabricated concrete steps on metal stringers, in good condition, no signs of corrosion and defects were found; The technical condition of the stringers and railings of the stairs is serviceable; The technical condition of the canopies above the entrances is emergency, external stairs - limited working condition, entrance pits - emergency condition. Conclusion: The structures are in working order.

Description of space-planning and design solutions

Guided by the recommendations of the technical report, the project provides for the strengthening of the load-bearing enclosing structures in which defects have been identified, the reinforcement of the walls is being carried out according to the principle of installing metal clips. Roofing is being replaced. During the overhaul of the building, the project provides for the dismantling of existing non-load-bearing enclosing structures, the dismantling of windows, doors, existing floors to floor slabs, wall decoration, and replacement of the roofing. The project provides for the use of modern environmentally friendly materials that meet all the required design requirements with their properties. For the device of internal enclosing structures, the following are used: brick KORPO 1NF / 150 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2007 (for the arrangement of the basement, wet rooms, categorized rooms (KUI)); aerated concrete D500, B1,5, F25 (shaft construction for laying ventilation networks); plasterboard partitions 150mm thick. In places where openings are made for the passage of vertical risers of new communications (OS), the floor section is dismantled and a new floor is installed by inserting metal beams and laying BPR slabs. Based on the technological need and evacuation requirements, the existing porches, ramps and pits are being reconstructed. The structures are designed from concrete M B20F75W6. It is planned to replace the entrance visors. All metal structures are designed from steel S245 GOST 27772-88. Floors are designed taking into account all necessary standards. The thickness of the floor is adopted by the project similarly to the existing one, since the existing flights of stairs are not dismantled, therefore, the marks of the finished floor do not change. The floors of the basement and floors in rooms with possible spills are provided with waterproofing. In places where new openings are punched in existing main walls, metal lintels are arranged from channels recessed into the masonry, pulled together with rods.
