The entrances to the buildings are from the courtyard of the school. The walls of the building are made of red clay bricks (the attached part is a brick with round voids) on a cement-sand mortar. The thickness of the outer walls on the first floor is 0,82 - 0,68 m, on the second and third 0,70 - 0,57 m. The existing buildings are used for non-residential purposes. Structural type of buildings - with load-bearing walls (frameless). The main load-bearing elements of the building are strip foundations, brick walls, metal and wooden floor beams. The roof of the building is attic, the roof is steel, the drainage system is external organized. The building is equipped with two staircases. There are no basements under the building. The height of the building to the ridge is 18,0 m from the level of the day surface. The working draft was developed in accordance with SNiP 2.08.02-89* "Public buildings and structures", SNiP 21-01-97* "Fire safety of buildings and structures", SNiP II-3-79* "Construction heat engineering", SanPin 2.4.2.1178. 02-31 "Hygienic requirements for the conditions of education in educational institutions", TSN 325-2002-2 St. Petersburg "General educational institutions". The working project provides for a comprehensive overhaul of the school premises. Working drawings include planning and architectural solutions: Dismantling of existing partitions, floors, sanitary fixtures, floors; Arrangement of new openings and laying of existing ones in the main walls according to the project; Installation of new floor coverings in accordance with the purpose of the premises and according to the project. Interior decoration of the premises is carried out in accordance with the list of finishing works and in accordance with the purpose of the premises and sanitary and hygienic requirements. Floors in all rooms are re-made in accordance with the project. Classes, dining room, lobby, locker rooms, cloakroom - heterogeneous linoleum flooring. Corridors, recreations - porcelain stoneware. Director's office, assembly hall - panel parquet. Showers, bathrooms, industrial premises of the dining room - ceramic tiles. Gym - parquet beam 80 x 120 mm. In the production premises of the catering establishment (a room for heating food, washing rooms), a bathroom, a shower room, a waste room - the walls are lined with glazed tiles to a height of 2000 mm from the floor, then painted with PVA. In all other rooms, the walls are primed, putty, and painted for 2 times according to the GKL. Suspended ceilings Armstrong system - ceiling plates 600 x 600 mm. In bathrooms, showers, industrial premises dining suspended ceiling Armstrong with perforation (ORCAL). The exterior decoration of the facades does not change. The courtyard facade is being changed in terms of the arrangement of new entrances in place of the window openings m / o A-B / 7, B-V / 7. Replacement of slopes and downpipes. Partial replacement of brickwork. Facade cleaning (sandblasting). Window blocks are made of metal-plastic with three-chamber double-glazed windows while maintaining the existing deglazing. Slopes from moisture resistant drywall with insulation. Plastic window sills. External entrance doors, service doors and doors to stairwells are equipped with gaskets and seals sealing the porch. Door blocks in offices, corridors, and outdoor (except for technical ones) should be veneered to look like precious woods. Doors to technical rooms, to stairwells - metal with a fire resistance limit of EI 30. Doors to the assembly hall and the music room should be made with additional sound insulation. The manufacturer, before fulfilling the order, needs to make additional measurements of existing wooden window and door fillings. The foundations for the walls are tape, in the axes "1-2 / A-B" consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation blocks, in the axes "2-7 / A-E" it consists of rubble stone. Foundation height - 2,2 m, laying depth -2,9 m from the level of the day surface. The width of the foundation on the edge of the sole is 1,1 m. The foundation has no visible defects and damage. Visually, groundwater is set at -1.3 / -1,5 from the level of the day surface. The technical condition of the foundations of the building is operational. When drilling, waterproofing was not found. The walls of the building are made of red clay bricks (the attached part is a brick with round voids) on a cement-sand mortar. The thickness of the outer walls on the first floor is 0,82 - 0,68 m, on the second and third 0,70 - 0,57 m (including the finishing layer of the walls), brick, plaster and wooden partitions with a thickness of 0,10-0,15 m . Inside the building the walls are plastered and painted, in the bathrooms the walls are lined with ceramic tiles. To increase the coefficient of resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures and on the basis of thermal engineering calculations, it is planned to insulate part of the outer walls from the inside with mineral wool with lining with two plasterboard sheets over a metal frame. The dimensions between the existing main walls and their thickness are shown taking into account the plaster layer. The lintels above the window openings on the first floor are wedge-shaped, those on the second and third are arched. Window openings with quarters are filled with wooden window blocks. During the production of works after plastering, the detected small cracks should be embroidered and plugged. In places of large cracks, make a small re-laying with bricks (GOST 530-95) on a solution of M-25. The openings to be laid are made of hollow building bricks in accordance with GOST 530-95 M-150, F25, designed with full-thickness filling of the joints (without a hollow joint). Partitions aerated concrete blocks Hebel, density - 500 kg / m3, thickness 150 mm. Partitions in sanitary facilities, shower rooms and storerooms of cleaning equipment are made of moisture-resistant gypsum board on a metal frame, followed by full-height glazed tiling. Sanitary partitions in accordance with GOST 10632-89 on legs h = 2100 mm. Ceiling under 1st floor. The overlap under the 1st floor in the axes B-E / 2-7 is made on brick vaults with backfilling with construction debris. The project provides for replacement and strengthening. The project provides for the implementation of a new monolithic ceiling along the profiled flooring on metal beams above the 1st floor in axes 4-7 / A-B; 3-7 / B-C; 3-7/V-D ; 5-7 / D-E. Above the 2nd floor there is a new monolithic ceiling in axes 2-7 / A-B; 2-7 /B-E. The attic ceiling is made on metal beams. In working order. The roof of the building is attic. The steel roof is made on a wooden crate. The roof truss system is made of wooden beams and logs. The load from the rafter legs to the outer walls is transmitted through the Mauerlat. In the axes "2-7 / A-B" and "2-7 / D-E" the load from the racks of the truss system is transferred through the wooden beds to the floor beams. Slag was used as thermal insulation of the attic. Due to the limited working condition of the roofing elements, their partial replacement is recommended. To be replaced: rafters, supports, braces. It is necessary to strengthen some rafters with overlays. Replaceable rafters are made from a paired board 200 x 50 mm. Save the existing trusses by replacing the distribution beam. The project provides for fire-retardant treatment of the truss system. All wooden roof structures should be deeply impregnated with antiseptics and flame retardants. The quality of fire-retardant treatment should be such that the mass loss of fire-retardant wood when tested according to ST SEV 4686-84 does not exceed 25%. A 1200 mm high fence is installed on the roof. The building is equipped with stairwells in the axes "B-V / 1-2" and "G-D / 2-4". Flights of stairs in the axes "B-V / 1-2" are prefabricated, made of reinforced concrete steps on metal stringer beams (I-beam No. 18). Landings are concrete on metal beams. Flights of stairs in the axes "G-D / 2-4" are prefabricated, from reinforced concrete steps on metal plates. Staircases are arched from bricks on metal beams. The height of the railing on the staircase in the axes "B-V / 1-2" is 1,70 m, in the axes "D-D/2-4" 0,86 m. The buildings are serviced by two staircases. The geometric parameters of the stairs are indicated on sheets АР-4 ÷АР-6. The structures of the existing stairs are in satisfactory condition. The project provides for the broadening of the stairs in axes 2-4 / G-D by installing additional stringers from I-beams No. 20B. The project provides for the repair of chipped steps. All plumbing fixtures are being replaced. Water supply and sewerage are being re-connected to the existing networks of the house. The existing heating system is being replaced with a connection to a new heating unit being designed. Electrical equipment - from new house networks. Ventilation is provided natural through window openings, as well as mechanically driven exhaust ventilation using duct fans. The fire alarm system has been designed and will be installed by a specialized organization on a separate project. The project did not provide for automatic fire extinguishing. The project provides for the installation of fire hydrants in accordance with fire safety design standards. The number of students in school No. 36 is 205 people. The school is located in a detached 3-storey building. On the 1st floor, the project provides for the following premises: dressing room; dining room for 64 people with utility rooms; gymnasium, locker rooms; doctor's office, treatment room; director's office; Technical buildings; bathrooms, showers. On the 2nd floor, the project provides for: office No. 1 - a playroom; classrooms No. 2,3,6,7,8 general education; classrooms No. 4,5 of a foreign language; library; head teacher's office; bathrooms.
