The overhaul object, the school, made according to the MS standard project, is an irregular polygon in plan. The school building of the MS project is intended for education, development, preparation of students for further vocational training and work. Repair of the school building is carried out by carrying out work on a comprehensive overhaul of the existing building in unchanged coordination axes, without changing the supporting structures of the building with the replacement of all internal engineering systems of the building. The MS school building has five floors with a basement. After the renovation work, the building will have: In the basement there is a dressing room, women's and men's locker rooms, as well as various office, technical and storage rooms. On the ground floor is the main lobby and security room, its location provides a visual view of the door leading from the main entrance to the lobby, as well as the conference room, dining room, gym and other ancillary facilities on the first floor. From the second to the fifth floor - a training area, which includes classrooms with equipped separate bathrooms. In addition to the study group, there are on the floors: on the third floor - a teacher's room, on the fourth - a library, on the fifth - an assembly hall with utility rooms. On the floors above the third will be located little-visited premises. The interior space of the school is made of modern environmentally friendly finishing materials that meet practical and aesthetic requirements. For the entrance and exit of students to the school, the entrance group on the 1st floor is equipped with devices for people with limited mobility. The spatial solution of the object fully reflects the specifics and functional load falling on the school building. The planning organization of the MS school is expressed by a clear system of necessary premises for various purposes that meet technological requirements, thereby ensuring the normal, efficient functioning of the facility.
