The building to be overhauled is residential, 18-storey. 3 sections with outbuildings, made according to the standard project M-10. Bearing elements: External walls - expanded clay concrete blocks, internal inter-apartment partitions - gypsum concrete blocks. Bearing walls - external, walls of landings. Stairs: From reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Facades: claydite-concrete blocks lined with ceramic tiles and painted with sealed interblock joints. The plinth is plastered and painted. Loggias, bay windows and other protruding elements: loggias are located from the 3rd to the 18th floor. Availability of non-residential premises, reconstructions, separate entrances: on the 1st floor with separate entrances. Roofing, guttering: Flat roofing made of rolled welded materials. The drain is internal. Ceilings: Ceilings made of reinforced concrete slabs.
