General information.

The multi-apartment multi-section building was built according to the standard project P-30. The foundations of the building are strip reinforced concrete. External walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with a thickness of 340mm. Internal load-bearing walls are precast concrete panels. The loggias are made of reinforced concrete slabs measuring 2120x1200x100mm, 2500x1200x100mm, 2710x1200x100mm and 2800x1200x100mm in dimensions of 2-12 floors in the axes "1-45", "45-1", "I-A", "K-M" and in dimensions 1-12 floors in the axes "G-E". The canopies over the loggias of the upper floor are made of reinforced concrete slabs measuring 2120x1200x100mm, 2500x1200x100mm, 2710x1200x100mm and 2800x1200x100mm with a coating of deposited materials. The canopies of the entrance groups are reinforced concrete slabs with dimensions of 7000x5850x100mm supported on the walls of the entrance groups. Entrance platforms to the 1st, 2nd and 6th entrances are concrete. Porches of 3-5 entrances with 3-7 concrete steps, framed with a metal corner, a ramp made of metal structures, covering the entrance areas to the entrance from concrete tiles. Entrance porch 7 with 3 concrete steps with tile coating, steel structure ramp, entrance platform with tile coating. Drain - internal organized with outlets to the relief. Interfloor staircases are two-flight, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The roof is pitched with an internal organized drain. Coating - rolled welded. Technical underground under the whole house. The floor of the technical underground is a cement-sand screed. The walls are reinforced concrete blocks, partly brickwork, painted in places. Ceiling - reinforced concrete floor slabs. Ceilings: basement ceiling - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 140 mm thick; interfloor ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 140 mm thick; attic floor - prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 140 mm thick on prefabricated reinforced concrete rafters.
