Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The building was designed in the form of a single volume with a flat exploitable roof of several levels and facades, designed taking into account the design of the tetra facades. For finishing facades, a hinged facade system with an air gap is used, slabs of Jura beige travertine or its analogue made of artificial stone, as well as thin-layer decorative plaster are used as cladding. Above the multi-light space of the foyer on the 2nd floor and above the winter garden of the restaurant on the 4th floor, spherical lanterns are provided. As translucent structures for filling window and door openings and lanterns, it is planned to use a stained glass system and single-chamber double-glazed windows with improved energy-saving characteristics. The building has 4 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, which houses a parking lot for 66 cars and technical rooms. Part of the underground floor from the side of the channel is the basement floor (taking into account the relief of the site), the rest is the basement. The following functional groups of premises are designed in the aboveground part: a multi-screen family cinema, a food court (fast food restaurant), a European cuisine restaurant, as well as administrative, service and technical premises. Each group of premises, including the parking lot, is connected to the area of the main entrance lobby and the multi-light distribution foyer in the center of the building, and can also function autonomously (it has separate entrances, emergency exits, technical and auxiliary rooms ...). The multi-screen family cinema consists of 6 auditoriums (with a total capacity of 898 seats) with a VIP area, foyer, wardrobes, film screening technological support rooms, bathrooms, etc. The cinema is located on the 2-3 floors, the main entrance is provided from the side of the metro station. The 2-3 floors also house a research and publishing center with the necessary set of administrative and utility rooms. The entrance is designed from the northern facade of the building. The food court (fast food restaurant) occupies the space of the 1st floor. It consists of a 220-seat landing zone oriented towards the park and a production zone. The entrance for visitors to the food court is provided from the level of the distribution lobby of the cinema complex, the entrance for staff - from the side of the channel; loading of the production area - from the side of the channel and from the side of the theater. A European cuisine restaurant with a hall for 92 seats and the necessary set of production, storage, administrative, service and technical premises is designed on the 4th floor of the building with an entrance from the northern facade (staff entrance from the canal side). The building is equipped with 4 OTIS panoramic passenger elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg, one of which descends to the parking level, and 2 escalators connecting the lobby with the foyer at the level of the 2nd floor. To load the film screening premises and the production premises of the European cuisine restaurant, 2 passenger-and-freight elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg and 400 kg are provided. For the evacuation of groups of visitors with limited mobility from the auditoriums, 2 elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg are additionally designed, located in the foyer, which is a separate fire compartment. The interior decoration of public premises is carried out according to a separate design project, the decoration of technical, service and administrative premises is carried out in accordance with a separate technical assignment. The design documentation provides for the accessibility of all functional areas of the building for people with limited mobility in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2001. The designed building of the multi-screen family cinema complex is located on the territory of a cultural heritage site of regional significance. In the zone of influence of the projected construction there are objects of cultural heritage. In this regard, the project documentation includes a section on ensuring the safety of cultural heritage sites.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

Building responsibility level – II. The structural scheme of the building is mixed (with longitudinal, transverse load-bearing internal reinforced concrete walls, columns and self-supporting external walls). Internal load-bearing walls are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200÷400mm. Concrete B25. The columns are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x400, 500x500 and 400x600 mm. The main step of the columns is 6x7,5 and 6,8x5,7 m. The columns are made of B25 concrete. Concrete columns B25, reinforcement class AIII. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 200 mm thick made of concrete B25, above the parking lot - reinforced concrete slabs on beams, beam height 400 mm, concrete B25. All floor structures are reinforced with class AIII reinforcement. Coating structures - from flat steel trusses, combined into a spatial structure. Farms are designed from rolled bent-welded profiles (pipes). Pipes are made in accordance with GOST 30245-2003 from C255 steel. Cover slab - monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick made of B25 concrete, AIII reinforcement. External walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B25) 200 mm thick and brick from solid ceramic bricks (KorPo 1NF/100/2.0/50 GOST 530-2007) 250 mm thick. All walls are insulated with mineral wool or foam boards. External walls of the underground floor with a thickness of 400÷500mm made of concrete B25, W6, F150. Stairs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, B25 concrete. The elevator shafts are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. Wall thickness 140mm. Concrete B25, reinforcement AIII. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns and the hard disks of the floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the Lira 9.4 program. The foundations are assumed to be piled. Piles - bored with a diameter of 600 mm, a length of ~ 22,5 m. Piles are manufactured using DDS technology (displacement technology). Concrete piles B25,W6, F100. Efforts in piles are not more than 100 tons. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 100 tons according to static sounding data and calculation. The bearing capacity of piles will additionally be determined by the data of static tests of soils with piles. Grill caps - free-standing, made of monolithic reinforced concrete (grillage thickness 850 mm) united by a force plate 350 mm thick, concrete class B25, W6, F150. Tape grillages - 850mm high, united by a 350mm thick plate. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. Under the foundation, concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm is provided for crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 100 mm. The calculation of the foundation was carried out on a computer using the Lira 9.4 program, taking into account the operation of ground structures. To protect the existing development from the negative impact of the designed building during construction and operation (settlement), the project provides for the installation of a sheet piling (Larsen IV sheet pile, ~16 m long) with the installation of berms along the development perimeter (confirmed by geotechnical justification) and the installation of a pile field of bored piles. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +4.450m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the piles is dusty sandy loam with gravel, pebbles, plastic (hard-plastic) with IL=0.08, E=250kg/cm2. Before mass piling, the bearing capacity will be checked by static tests. After the installation of the pile field, control tests of the piles will be carried out. The maximum groundwater level is at a depth of 0.8÷1.0m. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide. The soils are highly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of sulfate content.
