Architectural solutions

Architectural decisions were made on the basis of the design assignment and in accordance with the requirements of the current rules and regulations. According to the adopted architectural and design solutions, drawings of the main set of AR are developed. Boiler house - roof, type of fuel - natural gas, without the constant presence of service personnel, fire hazard category G. The designed building of the roof boiler house is one-story frame type, responsibility level II, constructive fire hazard class CO, functional fire hazard class F5.1, fire resistance limit of load-bearing and enclosing structures 0,75 hours. The roof boiler house is located on the roof of a residential building. The dimensions of the boiler house in the plan in the axes 5,5x6,5 m, average height 2,69, were taken on the instructions of the developers of the technological part of the project. The walls are made of metal three-layer panels 100 mm thick, and the roof is made of roofing panels 100 mm thick of Stroypanel CJSC with non-combustible insulation. The panels are finished with a polymer factory coating, the color is chosen by the architect of the Residential Complex. The panels are fastened to the building frame with self-tapping screws with a pitch of 300 mm at the nodes. The seams between the panels are sealed according to the technology. The entrance door to the roof boiler room is metal, insulated, fire-resistant, fire resistance limit is 0,75 hours. Plastic windows with solid single glazing. Facades are designed with horizontal arrangement of wall panels. Placement of doors, windows, chimneys, louvered grilles and deflectors on the facades is accepted according to the instructions of the TM and OV sections. On the instructions of the architects of the main building, the covering of the rooftop boiler house was adopted with a one-sided minimum slope and unorganized discharge of rainwater. Unorganized discharge of rainwater is provided due to the small area of ​​the roof and the low height of the building of the rooftop boiler house. The main indicators for the building: built-up area - 38,2 m2, total area - 35,75 m2, construction volume - 114,6 m3.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural and space-planning decisions were made on the basis of the design assignment and in accordance with the requirements of the current norms and rules. According to the adopted architectural and design solutions, drawings of the main set of CM are developed. Initial data for design: construction area II. Subregion II B; normative value of snow cover weight - 126 kgf/m2; normative value of wind pressure - 30 kgf/m2; design outdoor air temperature -26°С; design temperature of internal air + 5°С; drawings of the main building - a residential building; a relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of a residential building; report on the conducted engineering and geological surveys; temporary normative load on the floor of the roof boiler room 150 kgf/m2. Information about soils and groundwater is given in the explanatory note of the main building. The building of the rooftop boiler house is made up of two mobile containers. The frame of the container is assembled from rolled steel profiles, the strength and stability of the frame is provided by the upper rigid frame nodes in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The frames are fastened by welding to the supporting rectangular in terms of the structure of the boiler room floor. The ceiling consists of a rectangular frame with the dimensions of the roof boiler building in plan, welded from steel channels according to GOST 8240-97. Steel beams are attached to the channels to support process equipment and floors made of corrugated sheet steel, insulation from the LIGHT BUTTS min-plate 100 mm thick is placed between the beams. To ensure reliable waterproofing, there are skirting boards and a 100 mm high corrugated steel threshold in the door and solid welds throughout the entire floor area. Fastening of metal elements to each other during welding, manual arc welding, electrodes of the E42 type, legs of welds 6-8 mm along the full length of the fit of the parts to be welded to each other. The construction material is C245 steel according to GOST 27772-88, stainless steel chimneys, see TM section. All mounting connections on bolts of normal accuracy class B, strength 5.8 without controlled tension 012 mm. The number, diameter of mounting bolts and parameters of mounting welds are specified when developing drawings of the KMD grade. For transportation of containers to the installation site, lifting devices are provided for 4 pcs. for each container, designed for the load from the equipment and the own weight of the container. The support frame rests on the reinforced concrete beams of the main building with a vibration isolation device and is attached to them. The fire resistance limit of the load-bearing and enclosing structures of the boiler house is 0,75 hours, adopted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP P-35-76. The entrance door to the roof boiler room is metal fire-resistant, fire resistance limit is 0,75 h, with dimensions of 1x2 (H) m, opening outwards. Single blind glazing of windows is used as easy-to-reset structures at the rate of 0,03 m2 of glass per 1 m3 of the volume of the boiler room. An apartment is located under the boiler room, the reinforced concrete floor above it is not the base of the boiler room floor. The roof covering of the main building under the roof boiler house and at a distance of 2 m from its walls is made of non-combustible materials or is protected from fire by a concrete screed with a thickness of at least 20 mm. There is an exit from the roof boiler room directly to the roof from the main building via a flight of stairs. The slope of the roof of the main building is not more than 10%, therefore, walking bridges, as required by clause 3.10 of SNiP P-35-76, are not provided along the perimeter of the boiler room.  Chimneys of the boiler room

Chimneys from each boiler with a diameter of 350 mm, a height of 5,5 m from the floor of the roof boiler. The material of the pipes is stainless steel grade 12XH10T, the material of the attachment points is C245 steel according to GOST 27772-88. Manufacture of pipes by welding according to special technology and GOST 11068-81. The pipes are fastened in height to the steel cups of the roof boiler house. Fastening of elements from steel C245 to each other during welding, manual arc welding, electrodes of the E42 type, legs of welds 6 mm along the full length of the welded parts to each other. Corrosion protection of pipes is not performed. Protection of supports and attachment points is carried out by coating with XB-16 enamel in 3 layers. The outer surface of the pipes is covered with thermal insulation, the material is ordered in the ТМ section.
