All overall dimensions of the boiler units are taken on the basis of the drawings issued by the boiler manufacturer. The selection of boiler units was made on the basis of providing heat consumption for heating and ventilation at the maximum - winter mode and heat loss in heating networks. In case of failure of one of the boiler units, the power of the remaining boilers is sufficient to provide heat supply to consumers of the first category in the mode of the coldest month.

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a boiler house building. A boiler house was designed, which is a building without a basement and an attic, rectangular in plan, with dimensions along the outer contour of the walls 33.755 x 19.46 m, consisting of 2 volumes: a boiler room and an administrative and amenity extension. The Boiler Room is a newly erected one-story building with a full frame with a span of 18.66 m, a length of 27.00 m. The height of the room to the bottom of the farm is plus 7.80 m. The elevation of the top of the parapet is plus 10.89 m. The elevation of the cornice is plus 9.27 m. The mark of the clean floor of the boiler room is taken as a relative mark of 0.15. In the boiler room there is a room for the installation of a diesel generator. The hall is equipped with lifting and transport equipment with a carrying capacity of 0.000 tons and 1.0 tons. The frame is metal. Walls - "sandwich panels" 2.0 mm thick with mineral wool filling. Window blocks - metal-plastic with single glazing. Doors external and internal - metal and wooden, in accordance with GOST and individual production, in the usual and fire-resistant design. Gates - hinged, with a gate, insulated, standard. Partitions - "sandwich panels". Floors - latex-cement concrete, ceramic tiles, concrete, corrugated steel. Covering - profiled roofing sheets for girders and trusses. Administrative and amenity extension - the existing three-story part of the building of a rectangular shape in plan with dimensions along the outer contour of the walls 100 x 19.36m. On the 1nd floor - a dining room, a toilet, a shower room, a dressing room, a drying room. On the 2rd floor there is an office for the head of the service, an office for a technician and a storekeeper, an office for masters, a utility room, a dining room, a lavatory, a shower room, and a corridor. Two staircases are intended for communication between floors and evacuation: type 3 - internal, located in the stairwell, and type 1 - external, open. The walls are brick, existing, 3 mm and 380 mm thick, insulated according to the “ventilated facade” scheme. Window blocks - metal-plastic with single-glazed windows. Doors external and internal - metal and wooden, in accordance with GOST and individual production, in the usual and fire-resistant design. Partitions - brick and from foam-gas-silicate blocks. Floors - ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, TZI linoleum. The roof is single-pitched, flat, combined, insulated with a coating of rolled materials. Drainage - external unorganized. In the decoration of the premises, the following were used: facing polymer coating of wall panels, glass wall papers, water-based paints, ceramic tiles.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The boiler room is designed according to a frame-and-bonded structural scheme of metal structures with "sandwich" paneling. Frame columns are designed from bent-welded profiles 250 x 8 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. Coating - steel roof trusses made of bent-welded pipes according to GOST 30245-2003 from C255 steel. A profiled sheet H114-600-08 was laid along the trusses, in the area of ​​snow bags - paired sheets. External walls - hinged "sandwich" panels 100 mm thick. Spatial rigidity and stability of buildings is provided by vertical and horizontal connections. The foundations are taken in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete strip 600 mm high, combined with a reinforced concrete power floor slab 300 mm thick, concrete B25, W6, F200. Under the foundation, concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided for sand preparation 80 cm thick. Chimneys (2 pcs) - from two gas ducts with a diameter of 700 mm (barrel 500 mm) 30 m high are fixed on a spatial metal structure installed on its own foundation. The metal structures of the chimneys are made of racks (a pipe with a diameter of 152 x 3,5) united by a lattice of a pipe 89 x 3,5. The foundations for the pipe are columnar on a sand cushion 0,4 m thick. Concrete B25, W6, F150. Reserve fuel tanks - steel for 250 m3 were developed by TsNIIPSK. The foundations for the tanks are designed in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick. Concrete B20, W6, F200. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +20,350 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the sand cushion is light silty solid loam with E=150k g/cm2, φ=220, design resistance R=3,58 kg/cm2 . The pressure on the ground does not exceed p=1,32 kg/cm2. The maximum level of groundwater is near the day surface; no groundwater was found during the survey period. Soils are nonaggressive to concrete of normal permeability. The expected average settlement of the building is not more than 38 mm. Pipe stability is guaranteed.
