Thermal mechanical solutions.

To cover the calculated heat loads in the boiler room, it is planned to install three Bosch UT-M 52 hot water boilers with a thermal capacity of 12000 kW each. The installed capacity of the boiler house is 36 MW (30,96 Gcal/h). The main fuel is natural gas GOST 5542. Emergency fuel is not provided. The operating mode of the boiler house is automated, without the constant presence of maintenance personnel. The heating system is closed. The heat supply scheme is two-pipe. The thermal scheme of the boiler house is adopted as a single-circuit with direct connection to the network circuit. Coolant parameters 110-70 °C. Boilers operate with a constant temperature schedule, temperature control is carried out in the ITP of heat supply facilities according to the outside air temperature. Network pumps maintain a constant differential pressure in the heating network. Each boiler is equipped with a recirculation pump, which prevents the temperature of the coolant supplying the boiler from dropping below 60°C. Network pumps are selected taking into account redundancy according to the scheme 3 working + 1 standby. Wilo pumps IL 250/385-75/4 were adopted as network pumps of the heat supply system, with parameters H= 46,14 m.a.c., G= 297,65 m3/h. In the event of an emergency increase in pressure, each boiler is provided with the installation of 2 safety valves. Compensation for thermal expansion of water in the boiler circuit is provided by an electrically operated control valve that discharges excess water into the chemically treated water tanks. Boiler and network circuits are fed with chemically treated water. To bring the quality of make-up water in line with the requirements of technological consumers, an automatic water treatment system is provided in the boiler plant.
