Characteristics of capital construction objects

The space-planning decisions adopted in the project are dictated by the requirements for the placement and operation of the boiler room equipment, the conditions for the delivery, loading and storage of liquid fuel in the warehouse, and are also conditioned by the fire safety requirements of buildings and structures. The building of the boiler house is one-story, with axes 27,6x12,0 m in size and is one fire compartment. The height of the floor to the bottom of the structures is variable: from 5,0 m to 7,0 m. The maximum height of the building is 7,4 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 3,35 in the Baltic coordinate system. Enclosing structures are made of three-layer sandwich panels, 100 mm thick. The roof is gable and gable of different heights, made of roofing sandwich panels, 150 mm thick. The implementation of the roof at different levels allows you to increase the area of window openings, which provides additional natural light and the ability to use window blocks as easily dropped structures. External door blocks - metal. Window blocks - metal-plastic, with single glazing (glass thickness 4 mm). The internal fire wall type 1 is made of aerated concrete blocks, 400 mm thick (density 800 kg/m3). Interior decoration of the premises: the surface of the aerated concrete wall is rubbed and painted with silicate paint, the floors in the building are Master Top 450, the basement is painted with warm corundum paint. In the storage of liquid fuel along the perimeter of the room, a reinforced concrete ledge is provided to prevent spillage of diesel fuel. The façades are finished in beige (RAL1015) and gray (RAL7012) colors to match the surrounding buildings. The plinth is tiled with ceramic tiles (color RAL7012). The boiler room is operated in automatic mode, without the constant presence of people. Weather conditions. Loads and impacts are accepted according to the current SNiP and technological tasks: snow cover weight (calculated load) - 180 kg/m2 - III snow region; standard value of wind load - 30 kgf / m2 - I wind region; there is no seismic activity in the region.

Climatic conditions

Climatic construction area, according to SNiP 23-01-99* - III; The average outdoor temperature during the cold period is -26°С; The duration of the period with an average daily air temperature of ≤8°C is 220 days; Average temperature with average daily air temperature ≤8°С -1,8°С; Estimated temperature of the internal air of the premises of the building: +5°С

Space-planning solutions and project activities

Space-planning decisions of the boiler house (with an installed capacity of 19800 kW with a liquid fuel warehouse) are determined by the requirements for the placement and operation of equipment, the conditions for the delivery, loading and storage of liquid fuel in the warehouse, fire safety requirements for buildings and structures, outside the allotted territory. The building of the boiler house is one-storey, the size in the axes is 27,6x12,0 m and consists of two fire compartments. The height of the floor to the bottom of the structures is variable: from 5,0 m to 7,0 m. The maximum height of the building is 7,4 m. The design solutions provide for the structural implementation of the building in a metal frame with a device for protecting the load-bearing structures with fire retardants until the fire resistance limit R90 is reached. Enclosing structures are made of three-layer sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, 100 mm thick. The basement part of the outer walls is supposed to be made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation with expanded polystyrene. The type 1 internal fire wall separating the boiler room from the liquid fuel storage is located in an expansion joint and is made of aerated concrete blocks, 400 mm thick (density 800 kg/m3) with two-sided anchoring to the frames of two adjacent fire compartments, which ensures stability in case of one-sided collapse fire compartments of the building. Explosion hazard category: boiler room - G; storage of liquid fuel - B. Constructive fire hazard class - CO Functional fire hazard class - F5.1. The degree of fire resistance of the building is II. The operation of the boiler house is provided in automatic mode, without the constant presence of people. The premises are equipped with automatic fire alarm and notification systems. In the storage of liquid fuel along the perimeter of the room, a reinforced concrete ledge is provided to prevent spillage of diesel fuel. The technology and performance of work on fire protection of building structures should be carried out by a specialized organization (GOST R 53295) that has the appropriate permit (license, etc.) for the performance of this type of work. The required area of easily drop structures for the boiler hall is 46,52 m2, the actual area is 47,16 m2. Required area of easily drop structures for storage of liquid fuel - 12,0 m2, actual area - 13,18 m2. Window blocks with single glazing are used as lightweight structures. Interior decoration of the premises: the surface of the aerated concrete wall is rubbed and painted with silicate paint, the floors in the building are reinforced concrete slab with a hardened top layer Master Top 450, the plinth is painted with warm corundum paint. Measures to reduce industrial noise levels are as follows: installation of noisy equipment on a vibration-isolating base; use of low-noise ventilation equipment. Fire safety measures are as follows: ensuring that the building complies with fire safety limits; ensuring the required fire resistance limits of load-bearing and enclosing structures, as well as fire barriers; ensuring the required characteristics in terms of combustibility, smoke-generating ability, non-sparking and electrical conductivity of floor structures and finishing materials; providing the necessary area of easily dropped structures (glazing of window openings) of premises with an explosive atmosphere; ensuring the required characteristics for combustibility of roofing materials; ensuring other requirements of the current regulations and sets of rules. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 3,35 in the Baltic coordinate system.
