Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building of the automated gas boiler house is a one-story building with a built-in diesel generator room, on the site of the existing boiler house to be demolished. The building of the boiler house to be demolished is not an object of cultural heritage. The building is designed in the plan in the form of the letter G, with overall dimensions in the extreme axes of 28,8 x 8,80 m and 10,85 x 6,0 m. The height from the ground surface to the top of the roof is -5,0 m. There are two rooms in the boiler house building: a boiler room with an area of ​​292,54 m² and a diesel generator room with an area of ​​28,54 m². From the boiler room, there is a direct exit to the outside and a second exit through the diesel generator room. Bearing structures - a steel frame of columns, trusses, horizontal and vertical ties and girders. Easily foldable structures - sandwich panels. 6 pipes are designed for the removal of combustion products. The height of the pipes is 21,50 m. The outer walls are metal panels on a steel frame with an inner layer of insulation made of basalt-based mineral wool, 100 mm thick, sheathed on both sides with a profiled steel sheet with a polymer coating. Socle - a tile from a natural stone. The roof is shed. The roof is steel sheet. Drain - outdoor organized. External doors - metal. The volume-spatial, architectural solution, the master plan at the design stage are agreed upon by the Chief Architect. The fastening of pipes of an automated gas boiler house to the wall of an existing building is agreed with the operating organization.

The building of the boiler house is made of easily assembled metal structures, the degree of fire resistance is II. . Structurally, the boiler house building is a connection scheme with curtain walls made of 100 mm thick sandwich panels. The frame of the building consists of columns, roof trusses, purlins and a system of vertical and horizontal ties, braces along the roof and between the columns. Spatial rigidity of the frame in the longitudinal direction is ensured by attaching girders, struts, vertical and horizontal ties, in the transverse direction - by the frame frame, consisting of columns and a truss. The connection between the column and the truss is rigid, and the connection between the column and the foundation is rigid. The invariability of the coating in the horizontal plane is ensured by a solid disk formed by corrugated board, fixed on the girders with self-tapping screws along the perimeter of the building. Runs unfasten the upper chords of farms. The lower chords of the trusses are untied from the plane by vertical ties and braces. Fire safety of metal structures is ensured by the coating of fire-retardant material "Krauz-R". Temporary loads on the floor of the boiler room are 1900 kg/m2. In the geological structure of the site to a depth of 20,00 m, the following take part: - modern Quaternary technogenic deposits (t IV) - bulk soils (IGE-1); - modern Quaternary lacustrine-marine deposits (lm IV) - silty, dense sands (IGE-2), fluid loams (IGE-3); - Upper Quaternary lacustrine-glacial deposits (lg III) - fluid-plastic loams (IGE-4), soft-plastic loams (IGE-5); - Upper Quaternary glacial deposits (g III) - plastic sandy loam (IGE-6) with gravel and pebbles up to 5%. The hydrogeological conditions of the work site at the drilling depth are characterized by the presence of a single aquifer of groundwater confined to the strata of Quaternary deposits. During the survey period (June 2011), groundwater was revealed at depths of 1,60-1,70 m (abs. elev. 2,30-2,40 m). The waters are unpressurised. These levels can be considered close to the minimum. In unfavorable periods of the year, the maximum position of the groundwater level is assumed to be at a depth of about 0,50 m (abs. elev. 3,50-4,30 m). Groundwater is non-aggressive with respect to concrete grades W4, W6, W8 and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures. The project provides for coating waterproofing of vertical surfaces - bitumen. The base for the foundation of the boiler house is a soil cushion, consisting of a layer of coarse sand with characteristics γ=1.65 t/m3, e=0.65, φ=38 deg., E=300 kg/cm2, Pv.=0.95, 600 mm thick; and a layer of crushed stone-sand mixture C6 (a mixture of easily compacted crushed stone of fraction 0-40 according to GOST 25607-97) with a thickness of 300 mm.
