General information.

The purpose of modernizing the boiler house is to improve the quality and reliability of heat supply to consumers and restore the installed thermal capacity of the PTVM-50 boiler. Based on an inspection of the facility with field measurements, as well as in accordance with the technological specifications, the scope of work for the modernization of the boiler room was determined in terms of technical re-equipment of the PTVM-50 boiler, which includes the dismantling of the boiler, fittings and pipelines within the design boundaries and provides for: replacing the PTVM-50 boiler with KV-GM-58.2-150 (PTVM-50) with frame replacement, repair foundations, replace pipelines and fittings within the design boundaries, replace fuel oil pipelines and fittings within the design boundaries, replace boiler burners, replace fans and their air ducts, install safety valves on outlet of network water from the boiler with a discharge from them into a discharge tank, install a water discharge tank from the safety valves of the boilers, restore the installation of the PTVM-50 acid washing system for boilers with the replacement of equipment and pipelines. In the boiler room, it is planned to replace the water heating boiler KV-GM-58.2-150 (PTVM-50). The hot water boiler KV-GM-58.2-150 (PTVM-50), with a nominal heating capacity of 50 Gcal/h (58,2 MW), has a tower layout and is designed to produce hot water with a pressure of up to 2,2 MPa and a temperature of 150 ° C. The boiler is equipped with an automation system, combustion control devices and instrumentation. The boiler is equipped with 12 gas-oil burners GMGR-6, installed on the side walls of the combustion chamber opposite one another, in two tiers (4 each on the lower, 2 each on the upper). Each burner is equipped with two oil nozzles, a built-in igniter and flame and ignition control devices. Each burner is connected to an individual fan through air ducts. To ensure regulation of the air supply, air dampers with MEO at the pressure are installed on the air ducts. The boiler unit is equipped with 12 fans VTs-280-46 N4RTS with electric motor. N= 7.5 kW, n=1500 rpm, 380V. The boiler control range is from 30 to 100%. The project provides for the installation of a 5 m3 RGS tank to discharge water from boiler safety valves. Drainage from the boiler and emptying of pipelines during the repair period (after the water has cooled to 40˚C) is carried out into the existing drainage system of the boiler room. Removal of combustion products from the PTVM-50 boiler in the amount of 111000 m3/h when operating on natural gas and 117000 m3/h when operating on fuel oil is carried out through an existing separate reinforced concrete chimney from 2 PTVM-50 boilers. The project provides for the restoration of the existing acid washing system for hot water boilers with the replacement of equipment, fittings and pipelines with new ones.
