General information.
In the boiler room, it is planned to replace the PTVM-30M water heating boiler. Water heating boiler KV-GM-35-150 (PTVM-30M), with a nominal heat output of 30 Gcal/h (35 MW), U-shaped layout, designed to produce hot water with a pressure of up to 2,2 MPa and a temperature of 150°C . The boiler is equipped with an automation system, combustion control devices and instrumentation. The boiler is equipped with 6 gas-oil burners of the GMGR-6 type, with oil nozzles (2 pieces for each burner), with a built-in igniter and flame and ignition control devices. Air is supplied to the burners through existing air ducts. To cool idle burners, an air cooling system is provided, supplied together with the boiler. To remove external deposits from convective surface pipes that form when operating on fuel oil, the boiler is equipped with a gas-pulse cleaning device (GCP). The project provides for the replacement of the fuel oil supply system of boiler KV-GM-35-150 (PTVM-30M) No. 2, designed to provide the boiler with the necessary amount of reserve fuel in case of an emergency with interruptions of the main fuel. Natural gas is used as the main fuel. The selection of equipment was carried out in accordance with the Design Assignment and Technical Requirements for modernization projects, technical re-equipment, reconstruction and new construction of facilities. The reserve fuel for the boiler - sulfurous fuel oil - is supplied through fuel oil pipelines with parameters Pwork = 2,5 MPa, T = up to + 130 ° C. The fuel oil pressure in front of the boiler nozzles is 2,0 MPa, the M100 fuel oil consumption per boiler is 3377 kg/h.
