Brief characteristics of the digital information model.
The design of the school for 825 students was made using the Revit software package. The digital information model is divided into several models (submodels), due to the nature of the volume of files. All submodels of the school project model in Revit provide a guaranteed collection of them into a single OCS body by section. The BIM model of the school building for 825 seats at the stage of preparation "Detailed documentation" has a level of elaboration LOD 500.
Brief description of the construction object.
The building being designed is a state educational organization (OO) for 825 students, which includes 33 classes (3:3:3). It has a complex shape with a pronounced entrance group, consisting of several building blocks: classrooms, gyms, two pools for different age groups, an assembly hall, a dining room, a library. The designed building of the general education school is free-standing, complex in plan, with a total size in the extreme axes of 133,25x95,30 m. The height of the building from the ground to the top of the parapet of the four-story volume is 19,48 m, to the top of the superstructure parapet on the roof - 22,05 m The clear height of the above-ground floors is 3,6 m, the height of the basement is 3,4 m. On the 1st floor there are: an entrance group, a block of an elementary school, an educational block of a middle and high school, a dining room with a dining room, a kitchen, a block of gyms with changing rooms and showers, and a block of pools with bowls 25x11 (m) and 10x6 (m) with dressing rooms and showers. On the 2nd floor there are: an elementary school educational block, a middle and high school educational block, an assembly hall with adjoining premises and a stage. On the 3rd floor are located: the educational block of the elementary school, the educational block of the middle and high schools. On the 4th floor are located: administrative premises, circles, classrooms for middle and high schools.
