Brief characteristics of the digital information model.

The project of an outpatient facility with an ambulance station was made using the Revit software package. The digital information model is divided into several models (submodels), due to the nature of the volume of files. All submodels of the project model of an outpatient facility with an ambulance station in Revit provide a guaranteed collection of them into a single OCS building by section. The BIM model of the building of an outpatient clinic with an ambulance station at the stage of preparation "Detailed documentation" has a level of study of LOD 500.

Brief description of the construction object.

The designed outpatient clinic (hereinafter referred to as APU) is intended for the adult population with a capacity of 260 visits per shift, in two shifts, 6 days a week with a day hospital for 13 beds and an ambulance post for 2 cars. APU is located in a separate three-story building with a basement. The polyclinic building is 3-storey with a basement. The dimensions in terms of the building are 46.0 x25.0 m. The height of the building is +14.972 m. The building is heated, with a basement, with a technical floor in the area of ​​stairs and with a warm rolled roof. Floor heights vary. And the height of the floors has different marks, and depends on the purpose of the floor. The floor slab of the first floor consists of two levels with different marks. The difference is 500 mm. The elevation of the floor slab with rooms is -0.075 mm and the elevation of the garage floor is -0.575 mm. Spatial stability of the building is provided by two cores of rigidity: a monolithic staircase in axes 2-3/К-М and a monolithic staircase 8-9/К-М, as well as monolithic walls around the elevator shaft and walls located along the perimeter of the entire building. Monolithic columns and monolithic walls rest on a foundation slab. Basement columns have a section of 400x400, on other floors 400x400 and 200x400 mm. Sections of beams 400x400, 400x600mm. The floor slabs at the marks have a thickness of 160 mm and a slab of the garage part of 200 mm. The outer walls are three-layer, the outer layer is a hinged facade, the middle layer is an effective insulation 200mm, the inner layer is reinforced concrete 200mm.
