Brief characteristics of the digital information model.

The project of a kindergarten for 220 children was made using the Revit software package. The digital information model is divided into several models (submodels), due to the nature of the volume of files. All submodels of the kindergarten project model in Revit provide a guaranteed collection of them into a single OCS body by section. The BIM-model of the kindergarten building for 220 places of the stage of preparation "Detailed documentation" has a level of study of LOD 500.

Brief characteristics of the construction object.

The building of a kindergarten for 220 children is three-story, with a basement and underground, equipped with a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg (13 people), speed 1 m / s, cab dimensions 1100 (w) x 2100 (d). The elevator is provided for the transportation of fire departments, with an elevator hall with a security zone for the MGN. The project provides for 12 group cells intended for children of preschool age: two nursery group cells of the first younger age from 1,5 to 2 years (15 people each) and two nursery cells for the second younger age from 2 to 3 years, located on the ground floor and having independent exits to the site to the playgrounds; four group cells of junior-middle age from 3 to 5 years (20 people each), located on the 2nd floor; two senior group cells from 5 to 6 years old (20 people each), located on the 3rd floor; two preparatory groups from 6 to 7 years old (20 people each), located on the 3rd floor. Group cells consist of a dressing room (reception), toilet, pantry, bedroom and group. Each cell is impassable, conveniently connected to the rest of the necessary premises, has two evacuation exits. Nursery groups are located on the first floor. On the ground floor there are: a health pool with a bath measuring 3 by 7 meters in plan and a water depth of 0.6 m, for teaching children to swim, a catering unit with a separate entrance, working on imported raw materials, a medical isolation ward, a security post. On the second floor there are group rooms, administrative rooms, club rooms, rooms for training sessions for older groups, and a 1-hour security room. On the third floor there are group rooms for the older age category, halls for music and physical education, a psychologist's office. Sanitary facilities for staff and storerooms for cleaning equipment are provided on the 2st, 3nd and 1rd floors. In the basement, the premises of the laundry room, the technical premises of the engineering support of the building, the underground without the laying of utilities are designed. From the basement, there are two exits to the outside through the pits and an exit directly to the outside in the dedicated volume of the staircase. For the laundry there is a cargo lift for clean linen up to the XNUMXst floor.
