Basic design decisions. Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The working draft has been completed in accordance with the following permissive and approved project documentation: targeted investment program for gasification of suburbs; terms of reference for the execution of works on the design of the facility; technical conditions for the design of the facility. The working design of the gas outlet pipelines to the walls of residential buildings was made based on the results of a hydraulic calculation in accordance with the gas supply scheme of the village and provides for the laying of branches from the existing medium-pressure street gas distribution pipelines to consumers in the amount of 1 stage - 186 residential buildings in accordance with the approved lists. The hydraulic calculation of gas pipelines is made from the following conditions: gas consumption for heating and hot water supply - based on the average area of ​​​​a residential building; gas consumption for food preparation - in accordance with SNiP 42-101-2003, taking into account the number of consumers and the simultaneity factor. Characteristics of natural gas: Q = 7989 kcal/m3; Y = 0,68 kg/m3; gas pressure of medium pressure gas pipelines ≤0,3 MPa; gas pressure of low pressure gas pipelines 2,0 kPa. The project includes: laying medium-pressure gas pipelines from distribution street gas pipelines to cabinet gas control points in individual sections with an exit from the ground in a steel case; installation of cabinet gas control points: PGRSH-10 - 183 pcs.; GRPSH-400 with RDNK-400 - 1 pc.; GRPSH-400 with RDNK-400/6 - 1 pc.; GRPSH-07-71 with RDNK-1000 - 1 pc.; laying of low-pressure gas pipelines from cabinet gas control points of the walls of residential buildings. Underground and aboveground laying of gas pipelines has been designed. The total length of gas pipelines is 13396,6 m, including: medium pressure gas pipelines - 10389,1 m; low pressure gas pipelines - 3007,5 m. Underground gas pipelines are designed from polyethylene pipes in accordance with GOST R 50838-95 * with a safety factor of at least 2,5. Exits from the ground are provided in a steel case. Gas pipelines are equipped with one-piece steel/reinforced polyethylene joints, shut-off fittings under the carpet, control tubes. To mark the places for laying gas pipelines, a signal tape and indicators for the location of underground utilities were used. The laying of underground gas pipelines is provided by an open method. The device of the trench for the gas pipeline was made taking into account the data of engineering and geological surveys. It is planned to lay above-ground gas pipelines along the facade of longitudinally welded steel pipes in accordance with GOST 10704-91 * with the installation of shut-off valves in the piping of cabinet gas control points and at the entrances to buildings. Cabinet gas control points are designed on free-standing supports or on facades with the installation of shut-off fittings and an insulating connection on an above-ground gas pipeline. For cabinet gas control points, the project provides for a ground loop and lightning protection. Protection against electrochemical corrosion of the designed gas pipeline from polyethylene pipes is not required. For steel cases applied anti-corrosion protection "highly reinforced" type.
