The site in question is located in the ***** district of *****. The territory is landscaped.  Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The project documentation provides for the laying of 2 cable lines 110 kV with a length of ~ 2 * 4,500 m, grade (F) 2XS (FL) 2Y 3 (1x1600RMS / 300) - 1x4MM64 / 110 kV. Between section 3 of the substation "*****" - section 1 of the substation 160A and section 2 of the substation "Central" - section 2 of the substation 160A. The project documentation provides for the laying of 2 cable lines of FOCL with a length of ~ 2 * 4,800 km, brand SK-DPO-024A-06-A12x2-2,7. The cable line runs from the substation "*****" along the street. *****, st. *****, st. *****, st. *****, with the crossing of the river *****, and further along ***** Ave. to Substation No. 160A "*****". The designed cable line runs in reinforced concrete trays (L = 1,745 km), HDD pipes (L = 1,974 km), in HDPE pipes in cramped conditions (L = 0,886 km). Rated current 708A - in normal mode and 1422A in emergency mode. The project documentation provides for the transposition of screens in 4 places. The design documentation provides for temperature monitoring of cable lines using an optical fiber integrated into the cable. The measurement was designed using the Sedatec-PTS1000 system installed at Substation No. 160A "*****". Communication channels for transmitting information from the PTS1000 system are organized as part of projects 016/07-P-ES2.SS and 016/07-P-ES3.SS. The project documentation provides for relay protection of 2 lines from the substation "*****" W109G, W208G and 2 lines from the PS160A W2G, W4G. Relay protection is developed on the basis of Siemens processors. The project documentation includes: distance protection, overcurrent protection, directional zero-sequence current protection and thermal overload protection of the cable.

 Organization of construction

The construction organization project provides for the laying of 110 kV cable lines from the designed substation "*****" 330/110 kV to the designed substation SS 160A "*****" 110/10 kV. The route runs along St. *****, st. *****, st. *****, with the crossing of the river. ***** and the railway bridge, and further along ***** Ave. The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the construction period, taking into account the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided in accordance with the requirements of GOST 23407-78. At the exit from the construction site, it is planned to wash the wheels of vehicles with circulating water supply. Intra-site driveways are arranged on the existing asphalt concrete pavement. Cable laying is carried out mainly in an open way, as well as by the HDD method. The mechanization of construction works is complex, using mechanisms such as: an excavator of the EO-3322A type with a bucket of 0,65 m3; automobile crane KS-4362, capacity 16 t; asphalt paver Vogele. The work is carried out in one shift. Materials are stored at the construction site with a stock not exceeding five days of consumption. Provision of construction materials is provided from the enterprises of the city's construction industry. Amenity premises for the accommodation of builders, with a maximum number of employees of 28 people, are provided from inventory container-type buildings. The total duration of construction, taking into account the work of the preparatory period, is 15 months. Construction waste generated during construction is removed by a specialized organization to a licensed solid waste landfill. The requirements for the organization of the construction site, labor protection and hygiene of construction work, methods of construction work, methods of instrumental quality control of construction, labor safety measures, environmental protection conditions are met in the project in full. The use of materials and mechanization specified in the project is justified by the calculations and conditions for the production of work.
