Planning solutions

The location of the transition is determined by the address program. The overhead crossing is supposed to be built to replace the existing regulated overhead crossing. Therefore, the alignment of the existing crossing was considered as the initial version of the position of the transition site. When considering, it turned out that: when the alignment of the elevated crossing is combined with the existing one, the existing crossing will be closed for the entire construction period; the stairway from the north side of the avenue gets to the passage to the shopping center and the parking lot. In this case, a significant change in the current planning situation is required. Taking into account the above, it was proposed to shift the alignment of the designed crossing towards the street outside the existing parking lots and driveways. This proposal was agreed with the customer. According to the agreed variant, the stairways are located in a free area, the existing planning solutions are not affected, and the existing regulated ground crossing continues to operate until the overhead passage is put into operation. All works provided by the project (with the exception of laying power cables) are carried out within the boundaries of the red lines of the prospectus. The laying of power cables is carried out partially in the leased area. The elimination of the controlled pedestrian crossing will allow several increase the throughput of the site. In the project, options for the architectural solution of the transition were considered - closed and open transitions, with entrances in the form of inclined stairs and in the form of towers with stairs inside.

Constructive decisions

The elevated pedestrian crossing is designed as a pedestrian bridge with two stairways. Staircases and spans are closed from the effects of precipitation. All structural elements of the bridge are designed for loads - pedestrian - 400 kg/m2, wind - 100 kg/m2 and snow - 180 kg/m2. The width of the passage is assumed to be 3 m, the height is not less than 2,3 m. The height of the underbridge clearance is -5 m. The superstructure of the elevated pedestrian crossing is made of metal welded according to an individual project. Estimated span - 28,5 m, total length of the span - 29,0 m. The metal structures of the span in cross section are 2 main I-beams with a distance in the axes of 3,42 m. The main beams are a wall of constant height 980 mm and a thickness of 12 mm, the upper and lower chords have a section of 420x16 mm. The main beams are united by transverse beams installed with a step of 1,42 m. The transverse beams are welded of constant height: a wall 10 mm thick and 240 mm high, upper and lower chords - 200x12 mm. Mounting joints - bolt-welded. The material of the metal span is low-alloy steel for bridge building 15KhSND. A profiled steel sheet H75-750-0,8 with trapezoidal corrugations in accordance with GOST 24045-2010 is laid on the transverse beams. This sheet serves as a formwork for the reinforced concrete slab of the walkway. Monolithic reinforced concrete slab - from B25 class concrete; F200, W6, P4. Plate thickness - 120 mm. The bridge supports are monolithic reinforced concrete, on a pile foundation. The piles are prismatic, with a section of 35x35 cm, the length of the piles is 12 m. For the movement of people with limited mobility, the device of lifts of the BKA110 brand is provided. The operation of the lifts is controlled by the dispatcher.
